Aubuchon Hardware

I recently visited my favorite hardware store to buy a ladder and a barrel. Judy helped me and Jackie cashed me out. The store was filled with inventory people and customers. These two women were kind, knowledgeable, patient, treated me with dignity and made me laugh. I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me put my purchases in my car. This is where I go for all my hardware needs. Thank you to Judy and Jackie!

The staff here are outstanding! You can always find someone to help you locate exactly what you need; and if you don’t know what you need, they will help you determine the best choice for your project. I have never encountered a rude or unhelpful staff member here.

I like this Aubuchon store quite a lot. The staff members and the manager are invariably helpful and friendly. The cat with the lion cut is cute, too!

I had a return and the cashier made the experience very pleasant. I do wish someone could do something about the strong smell of fertilizer that hits you when you walk into the store

Bought a new toilet seat which turned to be the wrong style and returned it for the one we really wanted. Clerk was very helpful issuing a credit and billing us for the new one

Rented a carpet cleaner, although short staffed they were very efficient and tended to my order even though the associate was suppose to start her break.
Shampoo machine worked amazing! Easy return process. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the Coquit store weds the 16th to check out a post light fixture. They people working there basically jumped through hoops to help me out. It's not often nowadays you get personal service to make things go smoothly. Anyway there's more to this story but had to put a shout out to the crew at this store...should be 10 star review! I have found Aubuchon Hardware in Ticonderoga to be an old school hardware store. The employees are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was use to waiting by an item or looking for help at Home Depot or Lowe’s. I witnessed new employees being trained with great care and skillful teaching. I highly recommend this excellent hardware store.

Super helpful, friendly, honest employees! Went in with some questions about my car and a product I needed to fix my situation and the nice guy not only had a recommendation but came out and looked at the car just to verify product would work! Appreciate the effort and time to assist me!

This store has all the things that a hardware store should have. I needed some particularly obscure replacement fasteners for a piece of furniture - no problem!

I was helped by a new employee who is bi-lingual. He was able to work with me and a man who had little english. This was another memorable experience with the kind and so helpful staff at 'AUB.' They always go beyond the expected!

I was recently in the Marston Mills store looking for suet bird food and couldn't find a price. The young associate saw me poking around and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled out his mobil phone, scanned the code and told me the price. I ended up buying the product. I also appreciate the veteran's discount that Aubuchon offers and the $5 coupons.

Today I came here to look at paint samples and this lady who works here was very friendly and helpful. And I already think I found the color I am going to paint my bedroom both my mom and I love the color

Great customer service! Competitive pricing, well stocked. The new buy-on-line, store pick up is very efficient. Sure beats the BIG BOX stores....

I like shopping there. The workers are nice and it is not so big that I can easily find what I am looking for.

My new spot for propane refills! Transaction was quick and easy and without wait! Also had smoker wood chips which was a bonus find.😀
