Publix Super Market at The Riverland Center

Does Publix means a lot.
90 percent of the employees on food, and look at the customer as if, they don't even want to help. Management is doing a horrible job.
Customer service looks like a vacation spot. All employees they sitting down, and do not even greet the customer with a smile. It is somewhat intimidating..
This Publix supermarket, is giving the rest of the company stores a bad name and reputation in this neighborhood.

Best service I’ve received in a long time helpful younger woman, understanding, and caring in this department with Shiad to ask her name because I k unknown reason

Love this store! It is always well stocked and everyone that works there is very nice! I am very impressed with Publix as a store chain! They really do treat the customers who shop there.

We came in for subs on Sunday. MJ made both my husband's and I sandwich. Not only was he kind in making the Sandwhiches the way we like them, but he was also fast and efficient. Thank you MJ for the delicious Sandwhiches Sir. We appreciate you

highly recommend , specially they deli department ,they personal attendants are phenomenal , all the time i get there i tell them am allergic to certain recipe and they will eliminated from nycsandwich and still charging me the special discount price , they had no problem fiddling customers needs, that says a lot about the company management , we need company like this in our society specially now days we living in an aftermath of a economic crisis after the virus shutdown , so 5 start to this company and the food are great and fresh !

This store has been a staple in the community for years. The staff members are very courteous at times. My only gripe with this location is that at night it could be unsafe. Due to the high rate of homeless in the area. You can sometimes see homeless people outside in front of the bus stop area. They have a security guard in the front of the store at all times. But I would suggest aquiring additional security for the safety of people in the parking lot as well.

I had 2 curbside orders. I didn't realize I had ordered from 2 different locations. The associate let me know he only had one. He tried to assist me with my issue. He told he would recheck on the inside. He returned with the manager for assistance. I found out then I had made a mistake. Associates were patient and kind and willing to help me.
