Ive frequented this location multiple times per week since their grand opening. Never had an issue with fuel quality in any of my vehicles (not sure if the other bad reviews are genuine or are neighboring locations trying to play games). Customer service is top notch. Haze and Sir Wahid are always a pleasure and the ladies in the morning are a delight.

Very friendly staff, always willing to check to see if they have my preferred pizza in the back.

Relatively new 7-11 gas station and convenience store. They have a lot of prepared foods.

Never in my life I have seen a gas station’s restrooms as gross and dangerous as those!
You are lucky my phone stays in the car because it was extremely horrific!
I came in for a diaper change and donuts, we got in RIGHT AFTER it was “cleaned”.
There was dry poop on the diaper change shelf, pee and paper in the man peeing station, disgusting black material all over the sink, floors, hand dryer machine, walls (basically everywhere I was looking at).
Needless to say, we changed diaper in the car and quit on the donuts (!!!) it’s literally dangerous to pee in a place like this, let alone eat!
For the sake of your staff, pay more investments in your toilet, it’s the witness for everything else!
Hygiene is important!

After reading all these reviews I definitely understand now. It’s the whole staff. They lack training and poor management is what’s to blame. None of the employees are trusted enough to even do their jobs or they’re too lazy to do it. Working with the public isn’t for everyone and the Spanish girl on the afternoon shift has been awful since day 1.

Gas credit card not working on pump 8 Saturday morning 611am had to go in and pay . Put 60 .00 for gas only pumped 48. 61 I assumed like all gas stations It would get adjusted and credit my account like all gas stations and to my surprise Nope they processed the full amount and then on Tuesday when it hit my bank the people at this gas station told me to take it up with my bank . Buyer beware they are thieves!!!!!

Watered down premium gas! AVOID THIS PLACE

Update: stopped before hurricane Ian because it was the only gas station without a line. Should have kept going, car stalling and having problems now at the car shop having to get an additive to evaporate water from the gas. What a dissapointment!

AVOID NIGHT SHIFT
Horrible staff , extremely lazy and DO NOT care about the coffee machines, replacing hot foods, or even saying hi, it wasn’t even busy. Floors were a slipping hazard with spilt liquids by the fountain dispenser. Cmon 711 y’all can do better. Smh.

Pumps rarely work properly. What's the point of having pay at the pump if you constantly have to go inside and wait in line to get gas.

Called around 8 to ask if some keys was recovered and a attendant hung up on me definitely was very disrespectful and unprofessional

This place never buns for hot dogs. If you go there and lunch thinking you’re going to get something they’re always missing something. Never fails.

Need new employee to work nighttime rude mean and does not care about the business or customers...

Morning shift on the other hand is absolutely a pleasure to come in to in the morning they are helpful sweet nice

Terrible customer service especially around midnight you can never go in and get coffee if you work the night shift… always a argument when you ask for assistance!! the night staff really do hate the customers..

Night shift employee lawerence needs some major training I work next door and come in every night and deal with his horrible attitude and nastiness I've worked Customer service my whole life and I am shocked anyone in a customer service position can get away with acting and treating customer of an establishment that way when we are the ones paying his bills
