They always have everything I need, this last time got a 1/4 inch drive ratchet spanner for 7 dollars, unbeatable yeah you can get a nicer one for more but they have nicer ones too. I have an engine crane from here 150 dollars new unbeatable it works like a dream still

It's harbor freight. Nothing more needs to be said quality of tools and merchandise as been improving over the years. Good tools at a fair price that will save you time and money over Home Depot and Ace . Down side they can't seem to ever open more then one or two checkout. Even though they have the employees standing around talking or in the break room

The best location I’ve been too! Everyone is just pleasant and easy going! Shout out to the team. I wish I got the names of everyone, but Veronica was super helpful and came in clutch with the coupon and Juan assisted with helping us to the car! Thx everyone🧡

I get my tools from here and have never had a problem. Staff can be hard to find when they are busy but always helpful.

It has been a while since I visited and boy have they stepped up their game. I'm really impressed with the quantity and quality they have brought to the table. The Badland line of products are not to be skipped over for sure. Tools as much a fanboy of Mac and Snapon I am, I see where I maybe purchasing tools more in the future.

This location on Peoria and 67th ave. is my new go-to location! It was previously the Bell Road and 51st ave loc. Here's why I'm changing stores.

Last year on 11/25/2022 I purchased a safe. It worked fine until recently. Less than a year after purchasing, the locking mechanism broke as a result of poor workmanship / manufacturing. While I admit i should have purchased the warranty, I didn't, I didnt think the safe would break 9 months after I purchased it. But that wasn't the real problem I had.

I went to the store I bought it from on Bell Road, and DANIEL the store manager couldn't have cared less and basically told me about Harbor Freights policy which I understood, but he was honestly a jerk about it. Kind of a too bad, so sad attitude.

A week later I went to the Peoria location and purchased some items I would use to try and repair the safe. While at the register I told the store manager JUAN, what I was using them for and he immediately showed interest. After talking it over for about 4-5 minutes and gathering information from me, he ordered another one for me and within about two weeks I had the replacement!! Juan really went above and beyond and recognized that it broke through no fault of my own and definitely should not have broke so soon. Policy or no Policy.

This is the kind of customer service all stores should embrace. I truly appreciate what he did for me. He showed professionalism and was willing to listen to my concerns right from the jump.

I wont be wasting my time at the Bell road store anymore even though it's a little closer. I'm a long time customer and Inside Track member and will continue to be...at the Peoria location!

At Harbor Freight you earn rewards for your purchases. We were fortunate this time and given a new tape measure(always need one) and a big pack of our choice of AA or AAA batteries for free. It's was awesome. Our check out person was so perfect and very informative ! He didn't appear to what to share his knowledge with us but I'm grateful he did. I guess that's why you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, inside is the real story. He was great and the scissors we grabbed at the last minute are hands down the best round the house scissors I have used, and thanks to our helpful checkout person we know they have a lifetime warranty. This was a great trip to a place who's always got the deals I and we are looking for . Thank you for being a quality company and employing great people. We came into the Peoria and 67th Ave location this past Sunday , if that helps give complement to your great employee. He was young , dark hair and perty tall tell him please keep up the great work in all things

Bought a ghost racing engine and the staff were very knowledgeable about everything I would need.

Probably one of the best hft's. Staff are helpful and cashiers do their job nicely.

Love to go when here. We always find what we need, usually at a great price which allows us to buy more stuff!

A great place for high quality tools, without the "name brand" price. Their return policy is standard, so you're still protected if the tool breaks. Just now, I bought a pipe bender that was identical to what Home Depot sells, and for half the price. Yes, different brand names, and yet identical tool for half the price.

Gotta love this place, Need a grinder? Under 20. Need a one time use hammer? Basically priceless... have anything and everything under God. Saw the distribution center in I thing west Virginia or north Carolina. Its no joke at least a square mile big. HUGE. TY HARBOR FRIEGHT

Juan and Elizabeth and another employee, unfortunately I didn't get his name, are absolutely wonderful people. They greeted me when I walked in the door. Asked how they could help and were super pleasant. We are so happy that we moved close to this absolutely spotless Harbor Freight store. Excellent customer service is a rare thing these days and this store is spot on. Thanks for all the help today and I look forward to returning.

Absolutely blown away by the AMAZING customer service. Not only did the man at the cash register inform customers of things such as "did you know that this is battery operated and it does not come with the battery", when the customer said "Oh no" and they went back to the aisle to find something else, he radioed to the floor staff to have someone meet a customer in that aisle without the customer even having to ask. Anticipating the need to ensure that the customer was assisted. My own experience was excellent as well. I needed a large saw taken down from an upper shelf and they had it up front very quickly. In fact so fast, I wasn't even finished with my other shopping and it was up front. The two individuals who were staffed on the floor assisting customers were outstanding. There was a gentleman and a lady they both had asked us if we needed assistance, and when we did need assistance they knew exactly where things were and able to assist us very quickly. The store was pretty busy due to being Black Friday but this team had it under control. I highly recommend this location and I will only shop at this location if l have a choice. Thank you Harbor Freight, please ensure that the employees that worked Black Friday am shift are acknowledged.

I love tools so it's no wonder I love this place !
