Walmart Neighborhood Market

UTZ really seems to be leaving it's Mark on phoenix!! After trying them I see why just as good if not better then Lays!!! Every time I'm at this Walmart they are never out of stock.

Quick, easy in and out. Never overcrowded. Friendly staff

NO TOYS NO CLOTHING NO KIDS .JUST HASSLE FREE SHOPPING. New management has made this my "go-to" store. Shelves always stocked + many extras throughout the store. And produce - don't get me started! Better than a farmer's market.

I love shopping here, its a quiet and peaceful place to shop without the chaos of a full size Walmart. They are well stocked, clean and very friendly as well.
They just need more handicapped scooters !!

Walmart neighborhood markets are great for a real quick stop for a couple items, the registers were pretty crowded when we got there but empty when we were checking out, so all was good!

Editing to say tonight 11.23.22, I had a lot of groceries for both myself and my parents who are elderly, and I forgot the bottle of wine I bought for Thanksgiving in my cart. I called the store and Jeff told me that he would just give me new wine, if I brought my receipt. These folks are awesome, I've always loved the store it always has what I need!

James was working the cash register and is an angel of a man. He is probably one of the friendliest and kindest person I've ever met. Greets you with a big smile, wished me and my family a happy Thanksgiving, he's a person who makes people's days. See James, don't go to self checkout, give him a raise!

There was a kind man stocking another isle. I want to say his name was Jim. He was super nice and helpful. He opened one of the cabinets, made a little small talk and asked if there was anything else we needed. He was very personable. This is really something that you don’t see much anymore. Thanks Jim!

Unlike the super Walmart, the neighborhood market is not packed with so many people. You find everything you need and checking out was quick. The greeter at the door was very nice going in and when leaving.
This is my new shopping store.

Update:
I went to pick up my prescriptions and asked about having to schedule an appointment for my C-19 Booster. The Pharmacist said no. There's no one waiting, we can do it now. He checked and I got my Booster, a Flu and Pneumonia shot. Then my complete Vax record.

And the following still stands true.

The store was clean, not very crowded, pleasant people, both customers and staff. Every food item I was looking for was stocked. This was actually the first shopping trip since before Christmas, so I really enjoyed the trip and took my time. ☺

I went to get a oil change. I took a word search full well knowing that there would be a bit of a wait. They were busy but not too busy. I was done in an hour and a half, just as the young man said. For those of you who go to have any kind of work done at the automotive department please do the rest of us a favor and expect to wait longer than you planned. In other words, don't be in a hurry. Grumpy people suck and throw out all kinds of negativity. Just remember that all of the customers who get to experience your performance are laughing at you when you leave. ✌Lori Sue

Always fully stocked. Clean and organized. Instore shopping, must wear masks. Sanitizer at the entrance, cash register and exit. It was pretty busy, full of people tonight. No waiting in line before entering. Staff are nice, helpful and well informed. Shoppers aren't as nice though.. not a lot of respect for personal space.

I have lived at best a quarter mile from this for seven months, yet I have shopped there barely ten times. I usually go a couple of miles down Peoria Ave to a Supercenter Walmart because I need clothes, housewares, or whatnot. Anyway, I have mixed experiences with this neighborhood store. I have trouble finding items because I find the layout unusual. So when I'm searching for products, there is usually no employees on the floor, or they are busy, and they tend to ignore customers. However, there are a few employees on the floor whom are extremely helpful. The cashiers have always gone a step above to make my trip easier, as well as other customers also. I have a hard time getting around and lifting, and cashiers and other customers are so very helpful in getting my items out of my cart for me, as well as making sure I have someone in the parking lot to help me load. I feel that is unique to this particular store. There was an older blonde cashier tonight who was a great help to me. That lady has immense patience, and she needs a raise! I hope you enjoy this little store. Thank you.

Typical Walmart Neighborhood Store for me it's easy in easy out. Usually pick up fresh fruits and vegetables during the week.

Rarely disappoints. This store is my run in and out store. They keep it stocked pretty well. The lines are not atrocious and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I have a more enjoyable shopping experience at this particular Walmart.
