My friend and I bought a red bull at this location but we accidentally grabbed the wrong flavor. The cashier let us switch the drink out, but we had to get some sort of confirmation from the manager. She was extremely rude and patronizing to us during this for no reason. Her name started with a J and she had short dark hair and eyeliner.

I went to the pod a few days ago and ended up needing to receive help from the workers. They referred to the manager, a woman with a J name and dark reddish brown hair. She looked like she was gonna eat me. She was as mad as a tiger, when I simply needed her assistance. POD, please do better to find managers that actually know how to talk to customers.

I shopped here , paid for everything and a scrawny Indian employee runs over screaming incoherent English trying to confront me for “stealing” I got an apology from the manager and all but still .. do u even get paid enough to do that?
