Highly recommend! A great place to find the unique!

Wow, haven't been in a Big Lots for a long time. This store is so interesting, a great place to find a unique decor item or holiday find. This store was so clean and well organized, I encourage you to go.
I did get lots of stocking stuffers, some little gifts for some neighbors and elderly and found some deals on some sundries. Was impressed with the store and took a few pics for a review.

Then I went to check out. Wow, Charene was awesome. Very bubbly and friendly, asked if I found everything ok or had any questions. She should train retail people all over.

The customer service here was above and beyond to say the least. I came in a few times looking for a couch, and it sold out when I came back to get it. Jesse, walked with me through the entire process, to finally buy this couch when they received another shipment. He was so kind, patient, informative, and understanding to my needs. Thank you Jesse for all your help!

We check in every couple of months. Found a couple of strings of Christmas lights that have programmable sequences. Have not tried them yet.

I love Big Lots! Waiting for Valentine decor to be brought out. Had some Christmas stuff still and at 50% off. Great place for decor items without spending alot of money since it'll be up for a short period of time.

This location has great selection and the staff is wonderful. I had a great interaction with the employee Vanessa who went out of her way to help me with the purchase of a couch. Definitely recommend visiting this store.

My fiance and I bought a mattress set from here. VERY reasonable prices compared to other mattress stores around the area. Jerry was our associate and helped us out alot and even gave us a 20% discount even though our members discount expired weeks ago.

Very pleasant, friendly and helpful employees. This store was very well stocked and very clean. The overall prices were fair and reasonable. Lots of good bargains.

This is the cleanest store I have ever seen. It is a pleasure to shop here, which I intend to do more often. Everyone who works there smiles and is very friendly all the time.
