Gabriela was our cashier, she was a sweetheart and translated everything for my mom. Give this girl a raise! This excellent customer service is the reason why my family loves to shop here!

Very very buzy store they need the quick easy pay fast lane like El super in 23th Ave Ave camelback it's super fast there love it but that's store 51st Ave Indian school is always pack love the sweet bread cashier's are very fast

This store is very good in my opinion, good choices and food to buy and never seen anything rotten, and pan too, the pan is very good, 10/10 recommend.

It was nice to see they're open on Thanksgiving and have all cashiers lines open

Produce prices are unbeatable, the bakery always has fresh goods being put out, and the meat is as fresh as you can get it ALL for an amazing price.

Great selection for meat! But the line was like a 30 min wait. You grab a number and wait but trust me the meat is A1! Plus it was packed when I went because the holidays but the store has everything from fresh seafood to the fresh baked good and fresh produce!

I love the fresh marinated meet that is ready to grill and the "patas locas" marinated chicken quarters come out delicious in the air fryer, their "deli" sour cream is so good and I love that they sell frijoles Ducal, try the refried black beans "Guatemalan style" I didn't add a photo because I ate them all.

I've been to this particular location several times and it's always uneventful, I go in find what I need pay and then pay and leave. Yesterday however I had a not so uneventful experience, went to the meat department and asked for 5 pounds of chuck steak, the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to help me with me request and I asked for the special of $3.29 a pound and that's where it all started he told me that he could not change the code and for me to tell the cashier so she could fix it, the scale registered 4.98 pounds but it would not print the price/bar code so we we moved onto the next scale and registered 5.45, he proceeded to give me the price that the scale registered and I expressed my concern on the difference in price and weight but he did not seemed bothered nor concerned and as a consumer I was not satisfied but after waiting for an extended period of time I decided to go to the front and let the cashier know and she seemed to care but told me there was nothing she could do about it, I asked to speak to a manager but after 3 pages no one showed (so far not a 5 star review) after waiting what I considered to be too long I paid for my items and left the store. I decided the to call and speak to manager and the person that picked up the was not very knowledgeable and had poor customer service skills but finally was able to speak with Hector, this is where things turned around, Hector sounded legitimately concerned and apologized for the bad experience, offered a refund but the thing that made this review possible was the fact that he showed excellent customer service skills and offered a solution, a refund and promised he would look into the scales not being properly calibrated and to me as a consumer that was good enough because I was not looking to get something for free only for things to be right, to the general manager of you read this I want to let you know this is a good man and a great asset to your company, please pass on this message and train the rest of your team properly so you costumer satisfaction is always a priority, when you treat customer right they will continue to do business with you.

Great place for Mexican food and ingredients for Mexican food. Smells like food city, so I was feeling a bit nostalgic having shopped there as a child.

VERY CLEAN AND VERY ORGANIZED the employees here were so very friendly, they asked if I needed help in anything or help to find anything, they greeted me with a "good morning and a smile" .... I will definitely return to this store even though it's an hour away. I thank you El Super and its employees for welcoming me with smiles and customer friendly attitudes!

Very clean, I noticed hand sanitizer and wipes 4 your cart, & hand available at door,today special on meats and veggies till tomorrow on Wednesday its another sale, so go , very sweet cashier I went to the 15 & under line, I had like 20 items but She was sweet & let me go threw.

Awesome place with cheaper prices and greater options.

Nice selection of fruits and vegetables. They sell Chiquita bananas here which for some reason are tastier then the Dole brand at Walmart. Produce seems fresher, too. Nice employees, though sometimes the aisles can be cluttered with stockers.

The prices R affordable, the stores is clean, the people are great, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. 🙋‍♀🖐👍

That store made very good improvement since my last visit, long time ago. Now look net and clean. The person in the register (Dulce) need to smile and a least said Hi to de customers​. Thank you.

El super always has the best Mexican sweet bread it always has good flavor, spongy, and good selection. Plus it stays fresh alot longer then other Mexican supermatkets.
