Jeremy was very helpful in getting my tablet notifications resolved. Later in the day my phone froze. I didn't know how to power it off with the buttons. I had to stop back in.The sales girl was able to freeze my phone.. Excellent service.

My cross-body phone/wallet combo was stolen on Halloween. I spent a good majority of the next day online with Verizon. I was trying to hook up an old phone. I had a bad sim and they told me to go to a store to get a new SIM. I went to (2) authorized dealers and none of them had a SIMs. I was told by Verizon to go to a corporate store. I drove 40 minutes to the North Kingston store, with my 2-year-old. A customer service rep attempted to help me but when told them my photo ID was stolen as well, they said there was nothing they could do "we are all on video here, I can't even give you a SIM, to take home". I did have a copy of my ID on my laptop and credit cards, listing my full name, and a utility bill. Despite this, the customer service rep and manager provided no solutions. I was about to cancel my (2) lines when 2 other reps chimed in and came up with solutions. Christopher suggested I can go online, apply for a new RI ID and get a digital copy immediately. He took the time to help me with this process, right there in the store. Doranya was extremely helpful, she entertained my 2-year-old while I was filling out the online DMV application. I can't thank these (2) employees enough for going above and beyond that day, thinking outside the box, and offering solutions. They truly saved my loyalty to Verizon.

Extremely efficient Verizon store. If you are looking to get something done with you cell plan I would recommend this place. They know what they are doing. Dee is the GOAT!!!!

Verizon sucks trying to get customer service online but everyone that works at this location has always been amazing when I needed help!

This is the best Verizon store in the area! We were there a few days ago to upgrade my husband’s phone. Robyn picked right up on the fact that he is not at all technically savvy! She spent a lot of time with him going over his iPhoneX, even downloading apps to help him. We are so appreciative of her efforts and professional kindness. We highly recommend this store!

We had a misunderstanding around a transaction and had to return to the store. I was dreading it to be honest, but Mike and Dave were total superstars taking care of us! Before I spoke with them I was frustrated, thinking we will likely switch from VZ to another provider after 15 years because the plans and promotions are getting so confusing and expensive. But, Mike listened to us and he and Dave worked together to rectify the situation. They were super helpful and best of all, they did it all with a smile and a laugh. Thanks to them, we will remain Verizon customers. Thank you Mike and Dave!

The staff is absolutely amazing and are super helpful. With the phone issues I was having, I didn’t think a solution was possible but they were able to fix it and provide nothing but the best service possible

Love this place! Great customer service and they always help me out with whatever I need. I’ve had them for years and never ever had a problem. Can be a little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend to anyone .

Best Verizon store in New England!! At least as far as I know. Be careful with Verizon certified dealers, they are not the same. The North Kingstown Verizon store is the real deal, best service and availability. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing against the Warwick store, but I drive by it on my way to the NK location! Keep up the great work!

Went here to upgrade my phone and was in and out of here in 20 minutes. Been in here to resolve other phone/plan related issues and had a harder time getting those issued resolved, but I don't hold that against the sales associates, Verizon limits their functionality and doesn't give proper training.

I went to this store yesterday because I couldn't hear when I received a call. The person I dealt with took the time to clean my phone and that was all I needed. Thank you for practicing great customer service.

Everyone here is sexy. Sexy sexy sexy. Just a sexy store. Sexy phones. Sexy people. Sexy deals....sexy accessories....sexy plans....sexy personalities...and overly sexy sexy. Just a sexy sex fest here. Do yourself a favor, visit this sexy store and become sexy. Would be better if vzw created a position(a sexy one) that would have an employee manage inventory and account issues/troubleshooting. This way, back end operations would get done efficiently and with sexiness. Just plain sexiness. Sexy.

I'm moving back to Rhode Island from New Mexico and wanted to get connected right away to a cable company. A gentleman named Josh assisted me and he was so wonderful and helpful, I am so looking forward to moving home and doing business with Verizon. Josh has made the transition very easy. Nice Verizon. Excellent stuff the manager went over and beyond call for me with my phone in an emergency case . Stayed over hours to help me. Was very pleased with their customer service.

I'm never happy about going to the Verizon store but this one is a lot better than the one in Warwick. Very accommodating and I was out as quick as my phone let me download updates.

Second time to this Verizon outlet in a row getting excellent customer service. Competent, knowledgeable people. In and out in about 15 minutes!
