Did good for me..Im anti capitalist...but the human connection I felt there was very good...they had what I needed..and some...I think this market is underestimated..GREAT STAFF...working for peanuts...but SHOP HERE...forget daves and the rest...shop here...they got it and more...BTW Great soup and convenience..thank you...

The customer service from upper management at this location is stellar.
We had a couple of issues with a recent online pickup order. I was given the opportunity to speak with the store manager Jim Mccaughey regarding our concerns.
Jim went above and beyond in his efforts to resolve our issues and retain us as customers.
I can understand mistakes happening given the current state of staffing shortages in retail. Jim did not use this as an excuse to explain the problem away. He accepted full responsibility for his team and made it right.
I can appreciate that type of leadership and customer service in what is now a very challenging retail market.
We look forward to continue shopping here for our families needs.

Friendly staff, helpful and professional both at the deli (cheese) to customer service. Actually observed a staff member cleaning the self checkout surfaces after customers!!! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience this morning. Melissa in the florist shop was very helpful creating a bouquet as a memorial for a young lady that lost her life. I live in West Greenwich but I come to the stop & shop in North Kingstown because I always have great customer service there and it's where I get all my flowers when I need them.

I was hosting a large Jack n Jill baby shower and needed 8 centerpieces and 36 balloons (in a specific color pattern and clustered in a particular order), and needed them for 10 am on a Sunday morning. Kerri and Melissa made up the order to absolute perfection and right on time! Their prices were fair and they made great suggestions. We had an amazing party and it was such a relief to have Stop and Shop take some of the preparation. Don’t hesitate to use them for your next party!!

This Stop and Shop location is fantastic. It's got so many aisles with everything you're looking for from a typical supermarket. This location is very easy to get to from both Route 2 or 4 and just off both East Greenwich, South Kingston, or Exeter. The bakery is well kept, as is the deli department. They have pretty great produce and various meats as well. If you're looking for a sale, they usually have one.

The parking is ample and I never had any problem finding a parking spot, close to the entrances at anytime. That and having a Starbucks in the same shopping center, makes this destination a must.

Then out and a quick return home using Route 4. I highly recommend it.

I was in yesterday 4/1/2021 looking for a boneless spiral ham that was on sale for $2.49 a pound. I found only 1 in the meat case that was smaller then what I was looking for I spoke with a gentleman in the meat room and asked if there were any hams left in the back he responded with an attitude that was all he had until tomorrows delivery. I thanked him and said I would be back tomorrow. I returned today 4/2/2021 saw the same gentleman in the meat room and asked if he had any of the boneless hams that were still on sale this week. He again was very rude with his response that they didn't come in on the truckhe then just turned away and went back to cutting meat .I have been shopping at this store for years and have always had a great customer service experience. This day was very disappointing and feel the need to let the store manager know about this experience. Thank you

Love the meat selection and also the baby food has so many choices including gluten and dairy free pouches!!! My 7 mo loves the easy pouches and some places are so limited but stop and shop has a huge selection!!

What can i say. They have a great variety of produce.meat. you name it. And now theyll even shop for you and you just pick it up. Hows that for convient. A little on the expensive side with some things. But they do have great coupons and sales.so if your careful you can almost always make out. There meats are good most of the time. Although i did tell them about the hamburger which was a neon orange when i got it home a few times. Just take it back....

Always a great place to shop. We only shop sales as the prices can be high. We enjoy the robot that looks for spills and other things! My son likes to mess with it. The store has most everything you need.

Can't complain. There is no fresh seafood at this one, which is a bummer. Produce and meats are always fresh. The flowers last for ever which is great. They are now open longer hours.

Just left store #737. Our cashier Lilia was wonderful ... friendly, funny, great attitude. Made us feel very welcome.

Very clean and safe environment. Arrows on the floor insures a good flow as long as customers follow them. All shelves are well stocked.

Very clean..very detailed orient!love how the adds are located near the sale items .10+... And the manager we chatted with we recognized her from the Coventry store(10-15 yrs ago) I told her it was awesome she still worked for stop n shop....enjoy life!

Well-stocked and easy-to-navigate and check out. Great place to shop. Friendly, helpful employees.

They were open till midnight, well stocked and barely a person to be seen at after 11 pm. I think I may have been the only customer.

Best store to go to in the region, never too busy, always fresh produce, checkout lines are usually long however but the self check out is fantastic

I think the quality of the products are worth the prices. Staffis usually always helpful and polite. Shop local!

Almost forgot charcoal while at the checkout and the assist. manager told me no problem and fetched it for me. Great customer service
