Wood River Bar & Grill

First time here and I had the BBQ Masterpiece which is braised pork and coleslaw, it truly hit the spot. My server was beyond attentive and very sweet. I would definitely recommend!

We have been here before, quaint, old pub style. Service was excellent, very pleasant. Food was hot and very good, I had a burger with sweet potato fries, perfectly cooked, hot crispy fries..hubby had a rueben and fries, very good. Calamari appetizer hot and tasty. We will definitely be back.

I hadn't been here in a few years. I remember the last time the food was just so so, it might have been a different management at that point. So I was pleasantly surprised with the food. I had the Philly cheese steak and it was absolutely delicious.

Exceptional food every time. My friends had burgers that looked incredible. Huge portions. My breaded chicken sandwich was definitely home made. It had to have been tenderized because it was large and very thin like a well-made schnitzel. Perfectly cooked, still juicy, very flavorful breading - possibly a Johnny cake batter? Bar is from the 1800s and feels like a stagecoach tavern. Very historical. Not fancy but super fun atmosphere. The server was extremely friendly and helpful and “on it”. The fries were a+ too and looked to be made there

We enjoy this restaurant several times a year. Fun, friendly staff serving up a nice variety of tasty dishes and generous pours at the bar, and It's my go-to place for fish & chips even though it's over 20 miles from home.

Nice little restaurant in Wyoming, RI. Chicken Parmigiana grinder was excellent. Fried Chicken salad was enough for two meals. Plenty of parking. Waitstaff super friendly. Highly recommended.

Jen was our server and she was fantastic. Big smile and very pleasant.
All the staff had a smile. I had the steak fajitas and hubby had the surf and turf. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and the portions were plentiful. Food can out super fast and hot. Live music playing which just added to the fun atmosphere. It was our first time but we will be back.

Still a great place to come eat and listen to music. One very loud lady made the atmosphere four stars.

The breakfast is fabulous! Missy does a great job in the kitchen. The waitresses Becky and Pam are the best! Very patient with my 2 year old as she was placing her order. They have Minnie mouse pancakes! So cute! ❤

Unexpectedly good-staying across the street at the Stagecoach Inn -going to Newport Jazz fest tomorrow, Sunday and needed a place to have supper. The blacked tuna was fresh and delicious-my guy had the Lasagna also a winner. Add a larger beer and awesome berry cobbler dessert-best meal for under $100 we’ve had in a long time! Go there-you will not be disassembled!!!

Great food! Good prices. Our waitress, Tammy, was amazing! We will definitely be back! Every Wednesday home made turkey dinner with real mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and corn. Yum! And only $13!

Great Place! Our waitress Kelly was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She explained the menu and specials to us and offered her recommendations. She recommended I try the broiled scallops and the meal did not disappoint! The real homemade mashed potatoes were also amazing. She recommended the sirloin to my wife and it was cooked to a perfect medium rear. Kelly was pleasent, friendly and made sure our drinks were full. We haven't had an experience like this in a long time. It was refreshing to have a waitress who took pride in her work and truely cared about us as customers. We will definitely be back again. Great job Kelly!

We drive by here all the time, but never think to stop. So glad that we did, it might be our new favorite dinner spot. The food was amazing and the prices were great.

The price was perfect. The food quality amazing. The waitress was fantastic. I'm never down this way because in true RI fashion it's wicked far away, but we were down this way snuggling goats and one must eat after such fun and we found ourselves here. And I heard they have homemade desserts. Maybe next time I'll leave room to try one.

Excellent comfort food and great service, and the prices are the lowest I've seen anywhere, since the pandemic and inflation have hit. The fried calamari and the turkey dinner were great. Would definitely return.

Service was great. My wife got the fish and chips and absolutely loved it
