Big store, not crowded on a weekday. I spoke with multiple staff members to find various items and everyone was helpful. Had to use self checkout as there was only one live check out person working.

Super friendly staff. The store manager is down to earth and so kind! This is our go-to for hardware and appliances, and dog-friendly as a huge plus! Clean and organized store as well, easy to find what you need and there is always staff ready to help.

It's often easier to order online for in store pickup than it is to find things in store. The in-store app doesn't always have the right location for products.

I spend a lot of time and money here, the people are very friendly and helpful, they’re usually quick to resolve issues and if it’s not in stock, they can usually get it for you fast.

My wife and I came in looking for a new dishwasher. Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out a dishwasher that was perfect for us. He also set up delivery of the new washer and removal of the old appliance.

I went there to pick up a generator. Everything went smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the customers were saying excuse me pardon me. I've gone to other stores, and people won't even acknowledge that I'm alive. LOL. People who live around there and/or shop there must have been taught to respect and/or work with each other. What a difference from every other store that I have been to, in my whole life. LOL. A great day and my best wishes to all.

Went to buy 2 vinyl roller shades and have them cut. Mel helped me. She was great. Went all the way to the other end of the store for a ladder so she could get them down from the overhead rack. Took her time doing the job and did it perfectly. Mel was very informative and helpful.

Denny in Electrical/Lighting is always so helpful. His knowledge of the store is unsurpassed. I always look for him ; when I can't find something. He should be commended.

Excellent experience with one of your employees who helps with loading. He greeted my aunt and I on our way in, super friendly. Then he helped us load 2 chairs into our car and was patient with us. I wish I got his name but we were there today 6/19 around 3 and he is a younger guy. He is definitely a HUGE asset to that store because not everyone was friendly or wanted to help us!

Very busy today but was able to cash out really quickly. A little smaller store than Coventry, store set up is different you don't have to walk as far to get from end to end. Still was able to cash out quickly

Easy to get to off the highway, big home improvement store. I bumped it to 5 star with the recent self checkout renovations. Also they improved their Online Order pick and Customer Service areas as well. Much more efficient and modern.

The Home Depot in North Kingstown is a great place shop. The shelves are always well stocked, the store is kept neat and clean, and the associates working the aisles are ready to help you find whatever it is you're looking for.

I was opening a new business and Adam Furtado was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. All the measurements he took for my new business flooring space was right on and it made the whole process so much smoother. He was awesome to work with.

Always have a good experience here, from finding the products I need to consulting with store employees to learn or find something.

I can always find what I’m looking for and every time I go I have at least one person ask me if I need help finding anything. The staff is helpful and extremely considerate. I’m always asked if I need help loading my car. The store is clean and fully stocked st all times. Fantastic store!

Always a pleasant trip. They always have a great selection. Today i visited looking for a whole house humidifier which was out of stock in other stores and special order only at lowes. I was in a rush, i had no issue finding helpful associate right away. She was nice enough to walk ne roght ro were i needed to be and shared information on the humidifiers. On the way out i was using gift cards and credit cards an associate was also nice enough to help me check out usung the combination of gift cards and card. Whole visit was under 10 minutes. I found everything i needed and was helped several times. Thank you

Cathy, Tom and Frank all helped me in my search for an outdoor faucet replacement knob. They all went above and beyond the call of duty trying to show me different scenarios of what I would need to replace it. Unfortunately I did not bring all the necessary information but all 3 employees educated me so I could return to the store with the information and purchase the correct replacement knob.
