I’m a regular here and they always have everything I need. Customer service is great. They are the best place I found to match paint. (not always perfect but like I said the best place I found) They have a great selection and quality of lumber is good. There nursery has everything you need and the plants are all in good condition. Prices are fair enough for me and they give 1% back if you join the free pro account.
I recommend It over Home Depot!

Great shopping here in person. I found more products I was interested in versus browsing the web which never shows everything. These Whiskey barrel pots are a perfect example. Didn't see them online when looking for this type weeks ago. 😁

Friendly helpful employees. Store was neat clean and well organized. I went to purchase ceiling fans and easily found them with great labeling. An employee saw us walking towards the front and she offered to check us out right away. It was really nice to skip the other lines. Love the store and visit frequently

Always top notch customer service. Robert in lumber went above and beyond. He’s the man. I hope the powers to be takes care of him.

Alan is the nicest employee ever! My daughter really wanted a red toy car and I didn’t realize Lowe’s doesn’t take Apple Pay and he bought it for her! So so so incredibly kind!

Love their plants and paint department. I’ve done lots of little projects at home, and the quality of the items is always great.

Shoutout to Stephanie who works in the nursery dept!!!! She is amazing and honestly, the only person with excellent customer service when I came here on 4/8/21. She went above and beyond and should be recognized for her customer service!!! Thank you Stephanie for all your hard work. It was noticed!!

Nice Lowe's. Basically the only one I know of in the area anymore, luckily I have always had great experiences here. This morning I bought something online for in store pickup. It gave a warning about time to prep my order, but they had it ready to go in under 15 minutes. Service upon pick up was great. Friendly staff. Prices are always great. Tons of Christmas stuff. I'll definitely be back.

Local business in Capo Beach, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It is well staffed so there is always somebody available to help with your questions and helping you with the right stock for your job. The store is well stocked with all types of moulding, hardwoods and a large selection of different species of wood. A lot of local contractors and trade professionals shop here but for the DIYer you are always welcome. Especially if you're looking for trim moulding. A lot of times they are able to rip the bigger sheets to your measurements. For me not having a large table saw I know I can come in here and they are able to cut them for me. Which saves me an hour or two setting up.

Nice friendly people working there. You can find most products easily for your home upgrade or remodel. Store looked clean in the middle of the day during high customer traffic and prices are very competitive.

Kelli Wheeler in the Cabinet department helped to make our dream dry bar come true!! She was professional and courteous and made the perfect design based on our wants and needs! So happy we were able to work with her and her recommendations

And lastly, a shoutout to the Lowes plumbing Dept James - who went above and beyond to assist my husband in replacing not one but three of our home toilets with Kohler brand!! He gave the best advice and saved us so much frustration and money!

Lowe's is awesome! They have the best selection of appliances and ceiling fans anywhere near us! The staff is great and super helpful with any questions that we have and always takes their time to explain installation issues that we may run into while discussing a particular product. We recently replaced all our ceiling fans and picked some awesome ones out of their great selection!

I have found people to be very helpful here. I just got help from Chris from Scotland. She was awesome assisting me with measuring suggestions for blinds and telling me what Lowes could do as far as fitting them.

Lowe's is close and usually will have what I need. They have knowledgeable people throughout their store that are not only helpful but know the store and can get you the Isle and side for every product. I love that about them. Nothing bugs me more than going into a store and spending 20 minutes without having anyone greet you and either help you or give you directions where you can get your item or help. Lowe's is my type of store!!!

Love the store and the quality products there. If you are DUI or any small project, this is place for you. My only concern return Lowe's is getting help us a pain. By for this site I will really thanks John Spinella(hope I got it right) because he took me to see aisles and helped me out big time to select everything and getting right help from right people.

I made a purchase online from my Upland lowes for a business function that was taking place in 2 weeks the day I was supposed to receive my order. I received a call instead alerting me that the item was not placed on the truck and now delivery would be after the date specified. No worries I thought I will pick it up myself upon arrival the item was not assembled as paid for & At that time I scheduled for another company to pick up and deliver for me. when I did receive the order it was actually defected it was not tested before it was issued and did not work. I tried to call & physically went into the upland location they would not help me to replace it. I was beyond frustrated!!! until I came across the San Clemente Lowe's and their fabulous crew. Travis and Andrea saved the day they were able to resolve issue over the phone 40 miles away, to fix a problem that WAS NOT THERES
& that couldn't be resolved 3 miles away it was amazing to come across such efficient workers that actually like what they do it really does make a difference in short Travis & Andrea thank you! thank you! you saved the day and my function went along perfectly thank you guys again !!! 😊😷

Omg Lawrence in the paint department! I’m do not know much about painting. I needed to paint a dark blue wall light pink. He totally explained how and then helped me find everything. If you need help painting find him!

I've been coming here for years and I really like this Lowe's. The management here is excellent. If you have a legitimate problem and you find the right manager, they will take care of you and make it right. A huge thank you to Aaron who went out of his way to make things right when an order & delivery didnt go as planned.
