Pavilions

Today, just three days before Christmas, I needed several things from a very busy Pavilion store in San Clemente. Several of the employees were not only going above and beyond to help me, but to help everyone around me. Darrell showed me and two other ladies where different products were—even as he was putting things on the shelves. He was so polite and pleasant! Another employee, Peggy, stopped what she was doing and walked me over to where the baby formula was locked up due to its cost. She listened as I spoke to my daughter on my cell about what she needed for her baby’s visit. I didn’t even end up buying what she showed me, but she was so pleasant and had gone way out of her way to help me find the right product for my grandchild. Then checking out, I noticed that Anna was engaged and friendly to every single person, including myself. I’m so glad that I noticed their names, because this was an exceptional experience during a busy week. I don’t know who trains these people but probably they’ve been nice since they were born. I’m very thankful to have such great people working near me at the local Pavilions, which is new to most of us!

After the remodeling I have too say that the market is beautiful, it's very well stocked and spotlessly clean and organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful and I am very happy with my overall experience every time I shop this fantastic store. If you haven't shoped the newly remodeled store? Then you need to check it out!

It is so nice to know that kind souls still exist. I'd like to thank the blonde lady with glasses that works in the deli department! I don't know how she noticed that I had put something back that I couldn't afford but she stopped me from getting to my car to pay for it. Thank you so much to Claudia💗 I think was her name but I could be wrong.

I love this place, especially if you are vegan. There’s a nice selection of clean foods through the store.

I go to this Albertsons a couple times a week to buy lunches on the fly or dinner on the way home. I often get the pre made bistro salads. Yesterday I bought one and overlooked the lettuce inside had gone bad and was very reddish/Brown. I reached out to Albertsons/Safeway customer service to see if I could get a gift card or just report it. They recommended I go in and talk to the store director. I went in today and talked to a manger Derrel. He gave me the go ahead to get a replacement salad free of charge which I appreciated and will keep me coming in weekly. Good store atmosphere with plenty of parking.

I don't always shop at this Pavilions store. I do when the Albertsons is going to be packed with high school kids. They do have a better selection of beer and other hard to find items.

Went to Albertsons especially to pick up just another great sale product that they were offering. Had already shopped earlier in the day at Albertsons but forgot that 1 item. To my disappointment, they were out of the sale product, that I had made a special trip for. I talked to a cashier about my dilemma. She directed me to the Manager Emma! She said she would go in the back to see if they had any extras. Sadly, she couldn’t find any more but gave me a special price on an item close to what I had originally wanted! She was very Personable yet Professional! Emma really knows how to take care of her Albertsons Shoppers! And has excellent Customer Service knowledge!! Thank You, Emma for your COURTESY!!!

I love Albertsons. I've never been disappointed finding items I need. And the people who work at Albertsons are so helpful and nice. I especially like your cashiers at my store , especially Jodi. She calls me sunshine. Makes my day. Keep up the great work.

Always find what I want at this Albertsons. Butchers are super and a good selection of meats and sea food. Deli is also great. The bakery could start having a better variety in their prepackaged but the counter personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Update: Bakery has improved! Deli has a fantastic summer salad with corn and peppers!

Update: Like everywhere else prices have gone up, up, up!

Will maintained facility with great selections

It is a very nice store, clean and well stocked. My problem is that they never have enough cashiers and they took out the self serve checkout aisles. I waited in line for 10 minutes because there was only one checker at the Express Checkout line, and she was chit chatting with some of the customers. Which, if it were after work would have been fine. It wasn't though it was at lunch time, and some of us only have 30 minutes or 60 minutes for lunch. We don't want to wait 10 to 15 minutes, so the cashier can chit chat with various customers. Express check out should be just that... Express.

Great store, great selection with excellent customer service. The employees are quick to response, asking if I need help when I pass by them, an open more register when it gets busy. Had a small issue with one of my visit that could happen to anyone, long story short...I completed the survey, received a response from the store manager the very next day. WOW, excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Love this store! Have shopped here for many years and they still go out of their way and give great customer service.

Shelley was so helpful when I needed to find some obscure Mexican food items for a salad - I never would have found them in the store had she not showed me where they were. Thank you Shelley!

We came here for Covid shot. The gentleman in the pharmacy who gave the vaccination was awesome. He even explained how this vaccine works with what technology. There was another lady after us and she was hesitant, he didn't push her, he explained everything and made her very comfortable.

I went in on 7/16 to purchase some fresh guacamole and they were fresh out. The cashier, Cera was there to ask about acquiring more but she had no clue and smelled like cigs really bad. She got the manager or another co-worker. Tall, black man that was very handsome came rushing up to the rescue. He actually went out of his way to go to the back and make me more. I was so grateful for his service and will always remember him when I return to this store.

Masks required here as of May, 2020. Though they aren't enforcing it as far as I saw in the store. This Albertson's is large, well-stocked and kept very clean... And not just during the pandemic changes; it's always been clean. The staff is always friendly, and there was a polite young man directing cart traffic at the registers today... it was especially nice to see no one giving him a hard time. And in another example of our community vibe, the young lady working at the Starbucks was leaving waters out for anyone to take if they needed it. So aside from the millennial-aged masked woman barking at busy store employees to open the wine cage, this is a great example for Albertson's and local grocers.

A bit more pricy then your average Walmart prices but they have AMAZING sales and deals. The staff is great, this guy who was cleaning the floors, not only helped us find what we were looking for he also gave some personal suggestions, I love when staff tell me what they like. Also they sell PRODUCE! The Walmart in this plaza doesn't so it sucks. Also it has a bakery and I think a deli too. I had their cheese cake a few months ago... AMAZING. I'm not sure if they make them all the same but it was like an individual sized New York cheesecake in like a circle shape with a strawberry on top... Rumor has it Albertsons sells the best fruit platters.

Very clean store. Everything was sanitized. The produce was fresh. The flowers they had were amazing. My girl loved them. Plus the service was great and the prices were good.
