Great store. I’ve been to another one closer to us in Corsicana that I like better but I’m on vacation so I tried the one here in Austin. It’s definitely a very clean store and lots of good selections compared to other grocery stores. The produce is amazing here for sure. I would say it’s better at H-E-B than anywhere I’ve ever been and that’s at both of these I’ve been to. They did just rearrange this store here obviously because things were hard to find compared to where we were told to go. I wish I had one close to where I live so I could shop here constantly.

I love the selection of fresh cut fruits and easy fresh meals, not to mention their deli meat service. Very impressive and satisfied with even the pleasant check out. Got to solve the bag problem. I have 100’s at home and have to buy more every trip. They should have buy back program that gives credit for future bag purchases.

Summary: very clean, great prices and friendly staff.

Details: while this store doesn't sport all the variety of an HEB plus, it's definitely a nice one in a good part of town. As usual, it's clean and well lit.

Friendly and helpful staff! I always feel safe in this store, and we're there multiple times a week. Just be aware that the Indian place on the corner as you head into the parking lot is VERY popular! Be ready to watch for pedestrians!

H-E-B never fails to impress, and my recent visit to the Louis Henna location only solidified my loyalty. The customer service was exceptional – from an employee going the extra mile to find items with me to another assisting at the register and helping load two carts into my car. It's these thoughtful touches that make shopping here a standout experience every time

Very impressive offerings of fresh produce. The salad kits are especially refreshing and lovable.

Most of the prices are friendlier than those at Walmart or Costco.

We like shopping at this HEB location. It’s smaller some of their other stores but still carry a great selection of everything meat, deli and produce. I like the feel of a neighborhood grocery store and of course a huge fan of HEB.

This store has a very big collection of HEB own brand products assortments. Produce items are fresh and good. The meat section is good and neat

Favorite HEB in north Austin! Sushi Wednesday has an assortment of sushi and nigri, surprised and how yummy it was!! The Texas Trio and nigri mix were both delicious. They have an assortment of plants, too. Giant grocery selection, so expect to backtrack a bit.

HEB is run by one of the most amazing companies.
When Central Texans are in need, HEB is there.
They donated 500,000 to the survivors of the Uvalde shooting, then donated another 10 million to help build a new school updated to serve the community and help them heal from the tragedy.
They make sure to have book drives for children, food drives for the hungry, they offer the Combo Loco that allows you to build a meal and get most of the items for free.
When the freeze happened HEB was there to support the community.

Life in Texas is getting harder day by day, I find myself fortunate that I live in a community that has an organization like HEB to support us when even our government can't.

When they say "Here Everything is Better" and "No store does more than my HEB", they damn well mean it.

I think it is one of the old store I guess but it is huge, they have lot of collection of grocery with hot food as well. They also have fruits and flowers.

HEB associate TIM JONES went waaay out of his way, took time to thoroughly show me where all the products I was looking for are located. He was also extremely knowledgeable, pointing out different pros and cons. He deserves to be examined for management immediately. Coming from 15 years of management experience myself, I know a leader when I see one. And Tim is most definitely that. The five star review was solely left because of his hard work. I give credit where it's due, and where it's earned. Thanks Tim

This HEB has its pros and cons. But tonight I was shown that the world still has amazing souls. I am a retired First responder. And I have PTSD. They are doing reconstruction and someone dropped shelf from really high. It made a huge crashing noise and people screamed and ran. It sent me into a weird mental state. These two amazing cashiers noticed and checked me out and talked to me while I calmed down and by the time I got to my car I realized how amazing the customer service was here. This may seem dumb to some people but it meant the world to me.

Always clean. Pharmacy staff is mostly knowledgeable and almost always friendly. Only one bad experience. They are thorough.
The food selection seems good despite certain shortages. The H‑E‑B brand and the Hill Country Farm brand (also an H-E-B brand) are great tasting food at a great buy, often tasting better than name brand. The parking lot spaces near the doors are often packed. I recommend parking one lane over or on the sides of the building. Watch it when driving past the front of the building as people often don’t look before crossing either way or when pulling out. Also make sure before backing up. Car pull out haphazardly, drive down like it’s their right, and people walk slowly behind cars like you don’t exist with your rear brake lights on are for decoration.
The check out lines can be long depending on your arrival time. The busiest being around 5-7pm. Self check out is great depending on the amount of items you have. Bringing bags and helping to bag your food can help speed along your experience. The cashiers and baggers are normally very friendly and do as best they can to move the lines along quickly.
I prefer this tore to others as the selection seems better, it’s newer and cleaner, and has an overall more professional feel when it comes to the orderliness of its presentation.

Right now it's time to write another review about shopping. this time my review concerns a wonderful cashier named AINSLEY. Flash himself can envy her professionalism and speed. very nice and wonderful person. And also she was super smart. I don't understand why she is not a manager yet.

Fresh produce, meat, gas station... it has everything. Clean and well maintained.

This HEB is by far my favorite in Austin, good part of town, safe. So safe in fact that security and asset protection are bored, moved here two years ago and go every week or so. CONSISTENTLY followed around the store, and to self check out, where plain clothes security will try to not be so painstakingly obvious that he’s up there just to watch me. You know who you are dawg ;)
Will continue to shop here, they seem to have a lot of fun watching me pay for my groceries.

A great H‑E‑B! The recent remodel has improved this stores flow. The self-checkout is fast and easy. The shelves are always well stocked. Parking can be sketchy in this busy parking lot, so keep your head on a swivel.

LOVE LOVE LOVE H-E-B and the amazing variety of produce! I got a "blue" pumpkin for Halloween, which made the coolest, ghoulish and creepy Jack O'Lantern! 🎃

HEB is a very huge supermarket with fresh food too. This place includes a very big parking lot and there is an Indian restaurant name “sangam “ diagonal to it. There is a HEB petrol bunk too and you don’t need any card to purchase in their supermarket.
