One of the better Safeway stores! Well-staffed. Pharamcist area is professional and courteous. Could use more vegan options in the baked goods, but a good store overall.

Always enjoy our trips to Safeway, either for a quick stop for just a few items, or a more lengthy trip down the aisles to refill the pantry. The store associates are always friendly. One suggestion to make would be to have someone tasked with keeping the refrigerated dairy products (milk, cream, half & half, etc.) area filled. Sometimes it is impossible to reach back far enough to pull the last gallon forward. Restocking seems to be constantly going on in one area of the store if another, so why not have a store associate check the milk section every hour or so? Other than that little nit to pick, we love that store.

Angela in the flower department is cheerful and friendly and made my day better!

Great grocery store that is always clean, organized, and has super nice and informative employees. They have a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, veggies, meats, and cheeses. As well as a great selection of snacks, canned and boxed goods and treats. I look forward to my experiences shopping at Safeway and I will be back again soon since it is so close to where I live.

Doug at the deli was phenomenal after closing soon he still took care of my orders!!! The manager is super chill friendly and accommodating!!!! Kenny!! Hope y’all see this !! The store is stocked up and clean!!!!

I went to Safeway to get some generic Benadryl for the dog. Did you know that dogs can have the mini tablets? I did not! Anyway, the carts were right out in front which was nice and the pharmacy is in the back. There's a selection of children's OTC meds to the left and adult to the right. Thankfully, there was self-checkout available so I didn't have to bother anyone. (I was a tired, sweaty disgrace)

10:00 a.m. on a Friday morning with no lines is a miracle. I love their floral department I get flowers there quite often during the month and I've never had a bad batch yet. Plus they fill my medications in a timely fashion Pharmacy is very on top of things.

Getting gas and had a great experience! He washed my windows!!!

Great store. I love it! Always clean. Never too packed. Good workers. And great prices like on $5 dollar Friday's.

But the best thing was that I forgot to use my Safeway Club Card when checking out, and the Customer Service was closed. I spent a good amount. I was told to come back, and I did, and they gave like $14 cash back by showing my receipt and club card.
That was cool that they honored their word.

Allways great! Love this store, love the people that work there, and also the people that work in Starbucks there. One big happy family! Sometimes a little on the more pricey side, but the quality 👌 is always right on. And they have the best meat,so if in the area, stop by, visit Starbucks(there lemon pound cake is heaven!) And try a Caramel Ribbon Frappe!

Good friendly people work here. Bakery, produce, meat and more.

It's just a grocery store, but I've had some great, in fact not even necessary, help over the last couple of months.
There was one bad employee whom I have not seen in quite a while, so everything is great.

They are well stocked on most items and clean. Pharmacy still requires masks, a lot of customers ignore this. They have installed doors in refrigerated sections, very nice. They have a few more self checkout registers, usually only have one regular register open. (Jan. 2023)

Murray Hill Safeway literally has chicken strips in their Deli that tastes like Dave's Hot Chicken! And the store is always clean

Always has everything I want, and usually some eye-catching tidbit that looks do delicious that I aways end up buying a few more items than just the things on my grocery list.

My experience today made my day better. Even though one item I sought was out of stock they happily gave me a rain-check. Kevin the manager was very considerate in listening to my disappointment with the restrooms. Took care of the situation immediately. I found that "As Usual" all employees were nice and willing to help.

Love the service ❤! I got "Yoo-Hooed" today...cause I left the checkout without my 5 dozen egg pack. 🥚 I haven't been chased in a while...I almost didn't even turn around. The checker was Kelly P., and I do believe he was rooting for my Safeway rewards to kick in! He even confirmed which phone I normally use in their app! BTW, did you know about the Marketplace? Check it out!

Great service, the two ladies in customer service were awesome this morning. Think one was Kelly. They have the friendliest staff members at this store. This young person with long blonde hair helped me locate an item, she first mentioned where the tea bags were then came n found me and asked exactly what I was looking for n then told where that item was. She was busy filling an on line order but yet took the time when she realized she mentioned the wrong aisle. That was so professional n awesome of her. She could have ignored me n said something like "oh well, she'll find it or she'll ask someone else!" The staff there in the mornings (Fridays) are awesome, the produce guy n a few others too. Thank you for your services. Again, this store is so much better than the one that's closer to my house (Farmington/185th), glad I switched.
