Excellent customer service.
Friendly, helpful and solved a problem I came in to fix.
Like near zero wait.
And learned alot about newer programs we are now considering.
Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.
I came in bummed about my broken phone, left with new phones for me and my wife, and still came out cheaper then fixing my S20!!

Tina at the Wasilla, Alaska location was exceptionally amazing and helpful. She was not only so involved and ready to help me in ANY way she could, but she made me feel so welcome and she was so kind from the moment I walked in the door. My entire experience was amazing because of her.

Everyone was wonderful in giving assistance. They unlocked my phone and gave me the best deal on a new phone. Great customer service. Super efficient and effective staff in Wasilla. Very happy with my new phone.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by. Very nice, friendly young lady who got my issue resolved and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent experience!

Had a positive experience with Raul. Very knowledgeable and helped us replace a stolen/lost phone...in and out in less than 15 minutes.

AT&T Wasilla is great! I was in and out in 20 minutes with a new line and brand new phone! Kyle A. was fast, kind and really a great help!

Had an issue with a tablet I orders that came in with some slight damage, even though their system fought the guy helping me he managed to get a replacement tablet ordered for me in short order.

I walked in to the AT&T store and was promptly greeted. Valkyrie brought me over to the iPhone 14 display and explained to me the features of the different models and helped me decide upon the right one for me.
We went to a table and she started the process of activating the new phone and getting all the information moved over, helped me pick out a case and answered any questions I had.
Not sure how long it was there but it was definitely less than an hour. Great experience overall.

We were greeted at the door by knowledgeable and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me and my friend sort out some issues. Tina was incredible, I can't rave enough. 10 out of 10, will visit again for exceptional customer service.

My wife and I went in talked to Alisha with questions regarding some confusion on billing. She surpassed expectations on customer service and problem solving. More workers should aspire for this level of professionalism. People like Alisha are the reasons we choose to go to At&t for service.

We met with Tina today! She's absolutely wonderful. She helped us switch off of Cricket and keep to our budget. She found us First Responder discounts, autopay discounts, and excellent deals on what's really my dream phone.

I highly recommend this friendly and professional AT&T location, and Tina too!

I'm trash with names, but I had two wonderful reps helping me today. The young fellow that's moving to Florida, you're wonderful. Red-beard-guy that knows First Net, you're also wonderful. Thanks for saving me a few bucks and getting me set up for school and work. I never felt pressured into any purchase with these two, and they seemed genuinely concerned with setting me up for success, which I deeply appreciate. Stay safe, thanks for your help.

We came in to add a line and get a new phone. Tina was amazing and welcomed our whole family, including our kids. She walked us through everything, applied applicable discounts, and had us walk out with a phone, screen protector in place, and case on. It was such a good visit!!

My visit was fantastic and the guy that helped us was amazing!! I would come to the store again for sure! He was so friendly, patient, personable and so funny! The women that greeted us when we came in was awesome! She put cartoons on the TV for our 2 year old daughter and was so kind! Thank you for all your help and our new phones and service!

Jamie was absolutely the best!! Her knowledge and understanding about the business & technology, communications, and our needs, was remarkable!! She didn't bury me with information, she showed me what was available to us, I called my wife on the spot, & we made arrangements for an upgrade to the I phone 14 pro. All this in a timely manner!! We waited about 20 minutes but that’s wasn’t a huge deal for us. Khris was great! He helped me switch my number from a Verizon account, helped me select a phone and even put the accessories on the phone. I was expecting a stressful visit but he made it SO easy. He’s a rockstar!!

My significant other and I recently came into set up a new phone service and obtain new devices and we had the pleasure of having Alaska help us out.

Not only did we get waaaay better service than our previous phone company, but he hooked us up with the exact phones that met our needs & wants. He was VERY knowledgeable and overall very kinda & personable. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me the whole store, but what best fits my needs. Not to mention we were out within the hour, very quick and painless (I usually avoid this because it feels like the process at the DMV ) lol.

Dealing with both Nathan and Dixie was a pure pleasure! They made sure that we had everything we needed before we left the office. They were kind, they were fun loving, and they understood exactly what we wanted. In fact, they went overboard with making sure that they clarified everything we wanted to make sure that we would be happy. I can promise that I did not experience anything like that at the Verizon store a month before this change. It was important to us to not receive the billing surprises, extra fee surprises, etc as we did with verizon. I think people should deserve to be better informed by the cellular companies. I don't doubt that in many people's minds AT&T can be just as deceptive, but it seemed important to both Nathan and Dixie that they were clear, and that we understood everything involved. It took some extra time, but they made us feel like we were worth it. Regardless of what happens with AT&T, I'll always give a thumbs up in the highest level of satisfaction for the service I received at this store. Dr. Ronnie Pace

Great staff, Jaimie was wonderful onsite at the store location, and took her time placing my screen protector on my iPhone for me. Even though it was close to closing time, she didn’t rush the job or me, which was super awesome and kind! Nate helped me over the phone prior to to coming into the store, which helped save a lot of time and waiting. Thank you AT&T!
