I was a walk in patient
It didn't take long to be seen.
They very Thorough.
They are very caring and observant. Which was nice cause I was in a lot of pain.
I had x rays taken and they answered all of my questions about any concerns that I had about my injury about the surgery and they speak to you in an english, not in doctors Terminology.
I've had 2 previous knees surgeries through Opa! And now I will be having foot surgery. I broke both the bones in my foot. The explained everything that they were gonna do to me from getting me ready for surgery. What's gonna be done? And my recovery time before I can leave. And then they will give me up directions of how to take care of myself after surgery.
I would not go anywhere else for any kind of bone surgery.

From the front desk to the person who helped me find my ‘actual’ way out —- exceptional experience. A person couldn’t ask more for - the eye contact from the reception staff - smiles and concerns right from the ‘hi’ = perfect.
Adam and his team can’t be beat! Meaningful questions and answers a normal person can understand. Truly engages I the patient and the objectives to help. Working with the doctor staff and referrals and directions —- perfect. I will continue to be his and his teams cheerleader —- even tho it involves needles and such😱.

Dr. Chang and his team are absolutely amazing. They reconstructed my foot due to my arch, collapsing And my experience was above and beyond What I expected. The surgery center where the surgery was done was phenomenal.
His office staff was professional, welcoming and knowledgeable From the time I Entered his office to the time I left.

I saw Bailey Green for a thumb joint issue. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We discussed my situation and I was given several options. She not only explained the options but was patient with my questions regarding the outcome of each option, allowing me to make an informed decision regarding my treatment plan. I was very pleased with the whole experience and left knowing that I made the right decision by going to OPA. The entire staff was pleasant and the wait time was minimal.

Kris it THE BEST! He is kind, patient, and very thorough! His knowledge and communication skills are excellent. He is treating my husband and I for several different issues and we are both doing very well! Thank you OPA for having such a stellar provider on your team!!!

First time visiting the new OPA office. Online check-in was easy, almost no wait for my appointment. Staff were prompt, pleasant, and professional. I received treatment for my issue same day. Highly recommended. Thank you.

What little experience I’ve had so far has been Very informative, they made sure I know exactly what to expect post surgery and after surgery. Very kind, polite and experienced in their profession. looking forward to surgery! 🥹

Dr. Ellison is one of the very best providers I have ever had. He has performed 2 rotator cuff repairs, a total knee arthroplasty and the latest, a reverse shoulder replacement. He discusses options and makes recommendations for a plan of care, always looking to implement conservative care before surgery. Foremost, though, he is personable and caring, has excellent bedside manner, and listens to the patient. He is meticulous in his surgeries with excellent outcomes. You may experience a longer-than-expected wait in the office but he will show you the same courtesy as others and give you the time you need for your appointment.

Dr. Giani and Dr. Alex are awesome. They took their time to explain things to me and I felt they were very thorough and absolutely cared and did not feel like a number to them. Facility is easy to navigate beautiful and clean and the front desk staff are wonderful.

This is Sue Walker, a patient of Jeremy Robinson PA -C at OPA in Wasilla. I would highly recommend them for any orthopedic needs. The staff is polite, caring and professional. Jeremy Robinson is wonderful at diagnosing your problem and finding a solution that is suitable for you. He is compassionate and understanding and explains things clearly. His assistant Jenn was refreshing to work with too. I feel in good hands with OPA.

I was seen for a right shoulder rotator cuff injury and was treated well by everyone from the front desk to the doctors. My initial visit had me seeing a med assistant and a PA-C who examined me and ordered an MRI. The med assistant provided a sling and a work note as well as scheduling my next appointment for me while I was seeing the PA-C. Everyone was nice, caring, professional and answered any questions I had. I returned to see Dr. Ellison who showed me the MRI. He drew a picture and described what he was drawing. He showed me how I was injured and what he would do to repair it. I was scheduled for surgery, sent for more pre-surgery tests and had the surgery on Aug 15th. I have had 2 post op visits with Dr. Ellison and his PA-C Bethany Davies. I was set up for 12 weeks of PT from that point. Every time I have been back, I have been treated well. When I have called, I was never on hold for long. I would recommend OPA to anyone. Follow up: 10/18/22 I saw Bethany for another post op visit. Again, I was able to pre-check in before my appointment, so it was a simple matter of letting them know I was there. Bethany saw me, answered my questions, provided information I needed and showed she was a capable PA-C with her responses. I was ordered more PT as needed and another follow up visit. I would still recommend OPA to anyone and especially Dr. Ellison and Bethany Davies.

I used the walk in clinic and was treated very well. I will be doing some follow up with them in the coming weeks. Everyone was very nice and polite, which in my opinion goes a long way especially when you are in pain.

The staff was very friendly. The Dr was very knowledgeable, he seemed to really care about my symptoms and is looking into options. He took the time I needed to discuss my concerns.

Adam C. and the rest of the team at the OPA walk-in clinic were very helpful in getting a protective boot for my son’s fractured bones in his foot. They were also friendly while giving us the info in continued care of his foot

Angee what is the reception us very friendly and helpful I’m guessing the MA would be her title was also extremely friendly. Dr. Mina has done surgery on me before so I am very comfortable using him for the second surgery. The first one was obviously a success good experience.

Dr. Olson has been central to improving the quality of my life. He took the time to listen, got me referrals for much needed care he knew were critical to helping me move forward in my health journey. The care I received from him has changed my life for the better and he will always be a crucial member of my Healthcare team.

Every time I go in for my shoulder injection, I'm treated with respect and a the prosses is relatively painless. The care team I have also is willing to help with ideas to help augment my care plan to help prolong the need for replacement.

The folks at OPA have taken care of me through several surgeries now and I am still alive and moving better for the most part. Pretty good results with everything.

I broke my foot while pregnant, slipped on ice. Dr.Chang has been super helpful in my recovery process, especially since I wasn't able to get a surgery or a cast because of pregnancy. I am grateful to him and his team through this difficult process, to be there for me and guide me every step of the way. I had a negative experience with first foot doctor that I was referred to, and going to Dr.Chang was such a blessing. This place is professional, helpful and has your health as a priority. I would definitely recommend going to Orthopedic physicians Alaska over any other place. Dr.Chang is the best doc in Alaska, I was told that in E.R. and I have to agree.
