Safeway

We had issues with an order due to the winter storm, and they were very flexible and accommodating — really saved us from my mistake!! Figured it was worth some appreciation. If you are, for some reason, choosing which Safeway to go to based on google maps reviews, then I highly recommend this one.

Nice lady in bakery (Shay?) Deserves a big raise, great customer service & p.r., great patience & great directions (found what i needed fast).

When I get great service, especially these days, I want to share it with the world 🌎 . Today another, “over the top…WOW moment” at this specific Safeway store. Walk in, and of course I am greeted with a deliciously, piled high grape 🍇 display stand…priced with a digital coupon that NEVER works🥺, mouth watering🤤, but just about to give up trying to scan the QR code, a kind, gently mannered, generous young man graciously offered to help me…without any hesitation, brilliantly and masterfully he guided me through the app, not to bore you with the details, but let’s just say, Jonathan (the skilled young man that helped me) is a keeper. While I’m on the subject, I must also mention Thomas, the night shift cashier, always has a kind friendly demeanor that makes midnight snack shopping feel less sinful. But you know what they say, “if you have an entire staff of awesome employees, it comes from the top down” so kudos to Chantell who clearly manages her store with kindness and care…my open house all from Safeway see pics below 👇
1. Salted caramel chocolate chunk cookies (made the entire smell yummy, huge success with the kiddos)

3. Watermelon bowl (for me 😋)
4. Apples 🍎, because they add color

I was there soon after the store opened. Lots of activity cleaning & stocking. Everyone very friendly. Found everything I needed.

Had an amazing experience today. Interacted with 5 clerks/staff. Eash one was pleasant and knowledgeable. One clerk assisted me with the Safeway app. Another, known as the watermelon 🍉 whisperer helped me choose a 🍉. See photo. I almost left w/o buying BBQ Ribs and the cashier was also a treasure. The guy barbecuing the ribs was also pleasant and professional. Everything tasted GREAT. Ialso appreciated the vegetable display.

I like my Safeway!

It's convenient, right on my way home from work so I don't have any detours.

I don't shop for a lot of varied items, but what I do shop for seems to always be in stock.

The store is ALWAYS clean and attractive.

I would like to see more employees out on the floor, but that's a malady shared by nearly all corporate stores of every kind. 😢

The Safeway app is WONDERFUL! Sure, like anything, you need to play around with it a bit to see what it will do, and learn how to clip coupons and look up the locations of items and the like, but with a little effort comes a LOT of rewards! 😊

Good location. Food deli is good. Great staff. Heaters and fans for out door dining. Free parking. Bus line available. Been here many times not bad at all.

Not a bad one here , coffee inside. Store is well organized. There is plenty of prepared food ,actually more than other grocery stores , easy access from 26 . Will definitely hit this one before going further west .

I love this store. I've come here for 19 years, and even though some staff and layout have changed, the warm friendliness remains the same. The pharmacy staff are fantastic and show they care. And JD up front deserves extra kudos. He's always so helpful and outgoing even when he is slammed with customers in the self checkout.

Great place to get a quick flu vacinne. Got a couple covid boosters here and it was quick and easy each time. I shop for groceries a whole foods and haven't been tempted by Safeway .. lighting is too bright and the excess of deli lunch type food is not appealing to me but maybe just the ticket for someone else.

Great service, clean, and organized. Have been going here for 10+ years and never had any problems.

Outstanding bakery Renee and Cake decorating artist Amanda go over the top to offer the best in decorating! I highly recommend them if you want or need a special cake done.

This is my favorite Safeway to shop at. Close to work, and situated in a nice little strip mall. That includes ice cream and several other dinner options.

I like this Safeway more than other nearby groceries. Their Deli and bakery have a really good variety of products. Some items might be a little bit more expensive than some other groceries, so make sure to compare the prices and consider your budget.

Decent local grocery store with almost everything available

This is my home Safeway. Rick is an amazing manager who always goes above and beyond to meet the customers' needs. Sometimes I can't find the items in my 'just for U' - either they are out or don't have them. One time Rick actually ordered an item for me that the store didn't carry so I could try it. Amazing customer service!

Shelves are full and they have great choices of hard to find items. Cashers customer service is always with a smile and are helpful.

Always find quality meats and produce. Manager Rick is so friendly and caring - always saying hello and seeing if he can help. Staff is great. Especially Sandrina in Produce.

I ordered a cake from the bakery here for my daughter's birthday. The gentleman there gave good explanations for clients who lack English, and I was able to finish the order safely. I am very grateful to the kind people here. The atmosphere of the store, everything is great. I like this place
