I’m very thankful for this little Southern Illinois gem! Rob and his staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to living a supplemented good life! Each and every time I’ve needed help, they are able to share their expertise, focusing on me and my needs. I’ve referred many people to Rob and they have all been pleased with the compassion he and his employees share with their customers. Freshly made almond butter and all the products and prices are great , but what makes the store even better are the people! Very knowledgeable staff and they make you feel at home! That’s what you are looking for in a local business!

Feel so grateful to have this health food store in our town. They have a great selection of products at competitive prices. You may be able to get some products slightly cheaper online, but I always feel better about buying local. Especially when the owners and staff of this store are so knowledgeable and compassionate about their products! I absolutely love this store and the people who operate it💗
