Kroger usually has everything I need in stock. Kroger staff will work with you to make sure your shopping needs are met. I like using the Kroger app for the digital coupons. The employees actually make a real effort to help you with questions or help locate items. The grocery pickup is so convenient. You can also order groceries to be delivered within an hour.

Clean store. Clean restroom. Excellent produce section. Staff in produce are always helpful and kind. Some bare store shelves that are out of a lot of things , but it could be a supply issue.

I was checking out last night and a family in front of me was in distress. Their card would not go through and they kept taking more and more off hoping to walk out with at least some groceries . Since the card was ran so many times it was froze leaving them unable to purchase anything . They had a young girl and she was visibly upset and hungry. The clerk, Ashley offered to purchase their groceries. it was such a great act of kindness . I know personally she probably doesn’t make that much herself as a cashier so seeing this made my day and theirs I’m sure . This girl deserves a raise or at least recognition.

Normally Kroger is full of hustle and bustle and lately it has been hard finding items in stock. I have watches several times as customers have lashed put at employees for things beyond their control. Today I encountered Becca who is lead of deli/bakery. Something she told her team as I was standing there brought tears to my eyes. She was full of compassion and caring for her customers and I applauded her because most times customer service is hard. Good job Becca! It overjoyed my heart to witness your compassion today!

Th is store is great. The people that works there are always helpful and friendly. I can almost always find what I'm looking for. Sometime their specials will not be there but overall it's a good shopping.experience.

Except for when I'm only spending 10 or 20 bucks and I walked the Dollar general I usually go here for all my big shopping I'm going to spend $100 and get some stuff. I can do just as good on the Kroger brand and things as I can at Great value actually it's become a little cheaper than Dollar general. I get more help physically here than Walmart. I'm really clumsy and they help me a bit more. And they usually have more register open and more people bagging than Walmart does

An excellent clean store, the selection is amazing, the staff is very knowledgeable and very kind. The great selection of deli meat makes for an excellent lunch, there was plenty of staff to help me in any part of the store when I needed it, and the self check experience was great

I just tried their online ordering today for the first time. When I arrived, the guy answering the phone was very nice. The young lady who brought me my groceries was awesome. Very nice friendly and helpful.

Love the click list pick up. So easy convenient especially when it is Wintertime. The staff is friendly. Only takes a few minutes to get your groceries and then you are on your way.

The employees are always friendly and ready to help. I've been shopping there at least once a week for the last two years and I've never had a bad shopping experience at this location.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful!! And when something is on sale it's a great price usually I just wish everyday items were or not as expensive as they are

Good staff and clean store with great sales. I was in the bakery looking at items and was helped, this gentleman gave me some bread for free just to try, I was very impressed, thanks!

Always been very friendly and helpful, most of the employees have been there along time that makes the experience bett because they are much more knowledgeable and they seem they care about the customers.

We're visiting from Chicago and were amazed that this store had as many vegan products as Whole Foods. Also excellent produce. Very helpful staff.

Mr. Batson, the manager, really helped me and made my birthday very special this year. I went in and told him my birthday was the next day and I wanted to buy myself a cake. I did not believe anyone would be getting me a birthday cake. He helped me pick a cookie cake out and then even allowed me to go behind the counter and write "happy birthday Dylan" on the cake. As I was walking to the checkout another employee of Kroger walked up to me with a whole tub of ice cream!!! Said Mr. Batson would like me to have it compliments of Kroger for my birthday!!! I checked out and got cake and ice cream. I really appreciate Kroger help because I don't know if I would have got a cake for my birthday and definitely not ice cream. It really meant a lot to me.

Had an error at self checkout and item did not scan that was put in bag. Was treated as if we were attempting to steal from Kroger. Hard of hearing did not notice it didn't scan. Was embarrassed
