Very fast, efficient, and friendly service. The nurse staff was very comforting and the Dr was very professional. I'm nervous all to heck at the dentist but they made my stay as pleasant as I think they possibly could have. 5 stars from me.

Dr. Kimbrough was amazing and is super personable. I didn't have a great previous experience at CDC but I gave them another shot and they were excellent. The dental assistant Tessa was wonderful as well.

Been going to CD center for a couple years now and they really saved me on this one. I have had chronic issues with my two front teeth chipping and 2 months before my wedding, the right tooth chipped again. They were able to get me booked in plenty of time for my wedding to get things squared away. The hygienists are all very nice and seem to really enjoy what they do. Jennifer is the sweetest every time I come to get a cleaning. ****No whitening treatments were done to my teeth. Photos taken in different lighting***

Excellent place to go. I have a fear and I've had some bad experiences in the past with other places. I called them and they got me seen right away pretty much. The staff was very friendly non judgmental. Dani was great she explained everything to me kept me calm. She even went above and beyond to tell me pretty much what to expect the doc would be doing. Her and the doc explained everything in detail of what was going to be done. I felt very at ease with them. Oh you can't forget about the front desk staff very friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I highly recommend this place for people that have fears. I will definitely be going back to get things fixed the right way.

I don't think I've ever had such a thorough dental exam! My hygienist, Jennifer, was so sweet. She made sure I was well informed about what was taking place, any issues that arose from my exam and xray, and was such a positive and happy person. I am usually terrified to go to the dentist, but everyone made it a very pleasant visit! I also appreciated how transparent everyone was about estimated costs of my cleaning and of the future work I will need done. It seems they do everything they can possibly do to get patients the treatment they need without having to spend an arm and a leg for it!

The dental hygienist, Stacy, did a derailed cleaning which is so important for the periodontal disease I amhave been experiencing. She also pointed out that my mouth shows signs of dehydration and said that the disease progresses in this environment. I am now working on rehydrating myself. Thank you for Stacy!

I am a new patient to Carterville Dental and my only regret is not finding them sooner. From the dentist, to the hygienist Stacey, to the front desk staff, everyone has been so nice and I have received excellent care. I won’t go anywhere else!

I've been going there for fourteen years now. I'm 58.They saved most of my teeth. Dr Kimbrough is a very good dentist. His assistants and staff are very professional. A special mention for my hygienist Stacey, she does great work too.

The staff was wonderful to deal with and very thorough with explaining anything you needed to know about what was going on!

Love my Dr. Kimbrough. He is one of the best dentists I've had. There are 3 main things that make a good dentist.
1. Focus- many dentists chat with their assistant so much that they get distracted which only increases my anxiety. Dr Kimbrough is extremely focused and is peaceful with a calm demeanor.
2. Steady hand- I've had dentists inject my lips, cheeks and drill my gum line. Dr Kimbrough works with complete accuracy.
3. Soft touch- I've has dentists yank on my jaw and cheeks, complaining of my mouth being too small. Dr Kimbrough is extremely gentle and efficient.
All around he is a 5 star dentist and I am happy to have found him.

Dr. Kimbrough explains options well, does excellent work, and his staff are very supportive.

We moved to the area 2 years ago so we had to find a new dentist office. I love my hygienist- Jen… She is so sweet and caring, she really listens to any concerns I might have! Dr. Kimbrough is super chill and low key hilarious, probably my favorite dentist I’ve ever had. Make sure you know what your insurance covers and you won’t have any issues!

Staff is friendly. Dr. Kimbrough is the best and only dentist in the area I trust with my family.
