I love Michael's... as an artist I can get lost in almost every isle. They carry quality supplies and they have enough stuff in there to keep you busy trying new mediums and new crafts. It's a place of wonder like being a child all over again

My go to store when I am feeling crafty. Today I made hydroponics vases for my monstera plants from supplies mostly from here. They turned out amazing!

This my #1 place to go .. needed a amber color pen for directionals for my latest original of which turned out we're actually red . 1962 walker power truck ...

They have some amazing stuff for arts and crafts (:
The only thing is you have gotta be ready to empty out your pockets because they are somewhat expensive

Compared to the other craft store chains it's the best, very good selection and stock, good coupons. Depending on the day can be Impossible to find help and but check out has been significantly improved. This particular store is rather "posh" feeling compared to our regular store in Beaverton.

Got a really good frame 👌 used my 20% Michael's coupon! Very happy! Better than what I could find off Amazon for the price!

Five stars for a Risa in the frame department. I had a custom framing need and talked to Risa on the phone. Unfortunately immediate was not really possible with a custom frame. She made some recommendations over the phone and I told her I’d be over in a few minutes. She was there waiting for me and came up with an awesome solution. Can’t think of the last time I was in a Michael’s, but I’ve got to tell you I will be going again.

They had everything we needed to finish our last minute Christmas crafts

Kristen was incredibly helpful when I called to follow up on a package I dropped off here (a UPS Access point) last week. no updates from UPS since the package was scanned in.. Kristen went out of her way to double check that it wasn't still in Michaels warehouse and looked up the tracking number on her side to see if there was any other info. Just had to give a shout out for her being exceptionally patient and kind while helping me with an issue that had everything to do with UPS and nothing to do with Michaels

The customer service is great everyone is very friendly, very nice cashiers the store is great.

Lots of Christmasy stuff. Good sales on all merch. Under staffed, but trying. Found what we wanted. Have self check out for cash and debit or credit card. States will use gift cards,but mine didn't work . Created some confusion. I think self checkout good deal.

Love going to Michaels and finding good deals.

I love this store, but I have to be careful as I'm on a limited budget & there are so many tempting items! I love how they take the time to make cute displays that draw your eye.

Be sure to go when you have time to check every aisle for sales items. I make jewelry, so I always check the beads & findings aisle, & the Fimo Clay aisle.

Today I found beads for 50% off, & there were some resin kits & clay tools on sale too.

The store is usually clean & well stocked, but they do sometimes run low on popular items. Its usually easy to find help if you need it. Employees are friendly & seem to know where everything is.

I love this store! I like to walk around and look at everything even if I don't intend to buy anything. Prices are affordable and staff are friendly. I leave having lots of new ideas for future products. They have candy too....always a plus.

It's a hard time to go into any type of craft store even Michaels. The shelves are low on most products. As is the tradition of most stores staff was hard to find. This is typical of stores after holiday shopping. I love the store and the ideas that can be gained.

I love shopping at Michael's, whether it's a big day to shop or refill some supplies I can always come away satisfied. Today I replaced some acrylic paints. The associate at the register was very cheerful and helpful. I was even able to get a senior discount on my purchase. Oh happy day! There were a lot of works moving about on the floor and offered assistance, I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to my next visit.

Went in to look at planners- they had a big selection, the store was clean and tidy and I liked the way it was laid out better than some others. The staff were very friendly - 2 people asked me how I was, did I find everything. I actually had several questions and two different people helped me at different times. When I was checking out the gal was very friendly and accommodating. I even had 2 refunds plus a purchase. I would definitely recommend this store.

So many sales all of the time plus a military discount! Definitely bring a reusable bag with you.

Excellent service, and easy to navigate the store. I didn't find specifically what I was looking for but a gentleman help me and gave great suggestions on where to find foam matting that I was looking for a project. Their 50% off Halloween section is pretty awesome too.
