wow. just incredible service. debra and troy are out of this world amazing and sweet and go above and beyond. my boyfriend passed this week and i have never in my life had such amazing customer service, genuine care, conversation, compassion, and support by any employee in a store like that EVER before. i will always come here forever on just for those two being so kind to me while i’m dealing with such a hard time. they absolutely made my entire day and filled me with love and sweet conversation. the people you hire matter - not only for business but customer relationships and leaving impacts on customers creates a ripple effect. i told my parents, and other friends, who will now choose this CVS simply because they know they will be treated nicely, with respect, and because of how kind they both were to me.

debra & troy are wonderful with the most sweetest purest souls! me & my friend went to get some pictures printed & they were both so helpful. we all had the BEST conversation, experience, super friendly/welcoming. they really love & care about all of their customers & treat them like family. i’ve never met anyone like them in customer service before, but we definitely need more people like them!!! debra & troy you two absolutely ROCK!!

I am only giving them a five star because the pharmacist with blond hair was so kind and nice and went out the way the pharmacist with the ginger hair and glasses really seem as if she did not want to help me I think the store manager, so look into this.

Absolutely exceptional customer service! Tayler is such a sweetheart just like everyone else working here. Clean environment with easy to locate merchandise. This is my favorite CVS location! 10/10 <33

This review is specifically for the Pharmacy and the phenomenal customer service displayed by Casey today via phone. Casey was patient and kind while working with me in regards to a prescription, thanks Casey!

CVS is just a quality store for the smaller shopping trip or for an item or two on the go. I am not sure why others have had bad experiences at this store. The store is always very clean with a friendly staff. I have also used the pharmacy here and haven’t experienced long wait times. It is also convenient that USAA has an ATM inside this location which makes it even better.

The drive thru pharmacy goes above and beyond to help their customers. I was thirsty and they let me buy a drink in the drive thru….

As always great service with a smile and a minimal wait time. Being patient on the side of the customer is very important when going to the pharmacy.
