Gordon Food Service Store

They sell Sahlens Hot Dogs! I'm from Buffalo and it's been difficult to find these... They are the best Hot Dogs, hands down! Nice place, employees were also nice.

Fantastic store. Great selection, friendly service. The store is always very clean and well stocked. The deli is amazing; pastas, salads, meats, bakery, cheese, ice cream and more. Their fresh squeezed juices are delicious. Free popcorn and coffee for guests. Plenty of parking out back off from diamond.

Definitely one of the coolest Gordon Food Service stores I've been in, as they have a deli, meat market, fish counter, bakery, fresh ice cream, and delicate chocolates, plus produce and the usual GFS products in bulk quantity

The new store is awesome. Tons of fresh produce, fresh meat, cheese and deli counters as well as a bakery that makes the whole store smell like fresh baked bread. They also have all the classic items you are used to with more available in consumer sized packages.

I am completely fascinated by this store. It’s one of the few stores in Grand Rapids where you can see people from all walks of life shopping. There’s budget-friendly food, bulk offerings (like you can buy at the 28th St. Gordon Food Store) and speciality items. The bulk cookies are my absolute favorite - they are made in the traditional Italian-American style. Yum.

Either food supplies, aluminum pans, cups or silverware or if you just bulk buy popcorn for movie night.

I get their deli subs and a salad from the salad bar for lunch for a "better than McDonald's" lunch

This is a great place to shop if you need a lot of food for a big event or family get together! Gordon Foods also has some interesting things, such as popcorn and large bags of candy. I also like that they are offering some eco-friendly items as well! The staff are very helpful and friendly if you have any questions!

I been knew they had open but I don’t like parking garages. So glad I defeated my fears to come into this lovely market. Oooweee everything was priced didnt have to guess or debate with cashier concerning pricing…like some of the smaller grocery stores…didnt need much but they has this specific item I needed no stores had ..appreciate the stock and service. The salad bar looked soo good but I wasn’t hungry..

Normally shop at Cascade. Stopped in on the way home from the hospital was blown away how big and wide open the store was very nice.

Would not hurt my feelings if they put one in Lowell Michigan!!!!

This is a place I shop at when I don't want to go out over and over again, similar to Sams Club's great selection of food also a nice deli as well.

Love this store, it has everything I want and more! Love the freshmade guacamole, and the bakery is on the next level!

GFS on Michigan is awesome! They have excellent customer service. Also I have a big size family so I need to buy in bulk because it is cheaper alot of the time. I love GFS because you don't have to pay a membership here. Overall the cleanliness, friendliness, accessibility, price and quality is amazing! Keep up the great work!!

I love the bacon and deli meats . I make my own wraps for lunch and the meat always taste fresh longer and you get more then those packs at other stores just great for me 🙂

Best place to take a dump. Their toilets are super comfy and it’s always the perfect temperature in there . Also, it’s super relaxing in there to just have time to yourself …My review is a 🚽🚽🚽🚽🚽

Quick you get in, what you need and get out. I love not only getting bigger sizes and packages of things we use often here but meat is cheaper and I love picking up reusable containers here, this is THE spot to get those!

I love the fresh squeezed juices they make on site. Especially the ABC juice (apple,beet&carrot).
I highly recommend the apple ginger juice as well😋.
The staff is always so kind and helpful. I look forward to shopping here.
