We broke down and Simon helped us. He pretty much changed the coil pack for me. After we had a bad experience at another auto parts store we were so happy with the service.

The employee there spent several minutes helping me with my headlights. He did everything he could to help. Even ran inside with my card to pay for it for me while I stayed outside with my sleeping child so I didnt have to wake him!

I had bought an expensive battery a year ago. My battery was dead so i had someone go buy 1 for me and bring it to me. When car was going I went back to ORally and I was giving a complete refund on the new battery bc my old one had a 3 yr warranty and I keep all my receipts concerning my car in the glove box..I was surprised I was promptly taking care of and with kindness. Most stores don't even want to cover there warranty..lol I've already bought something else..

O'Reilly doesn't offer anything special in the way of product or pricing that you don't find at the other big chain parts stores, but I do have this bit of insider info from some mechanics I know. They're the most used parts store by the area auto repair shops, because they're the most hassle-free to honor their parts warranties.

I won't mention the name, but another big chain auto parts store in Russellville said they had no record in their computer of the (leaking) $200 lifetime warranty radiator I bought there a few years prior, plus I'd have to have my original sales receipt anyway. After a buddy at a local auto repair told me that wouldn't have happened if I'd used O'Reilly, I did.

By far the best auto parts store in Russellville. I have never had a problem with purchasing or installing any parts on my truck fue to the extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Mostly what'd you normally expect from O'Reilly. Trust me, I own a ford, I'm here a lot.

Was traveling, alternator went out, they got me a new one and found someone to put it in for me. Great service!!
