Pharmacy is amazing. They actually caught errors 2 times from my Dr that could have had an impact on my health. They are also very persistent with my Dr's office, who is not very responsive. It is clear the pharmacy has a clear focus on customer service and treating us like humans.

The store is pretty nice too. My family loves thrifty ice cream and they usually have the right odds and ends when I need something, especially for a 24hr store. Their prices are pretty good too.

The Rite Aid Pharmacy genuinely cares about me. Usually Dianne is the pharmacist, and she explains any changes in my meds (thyroid) or any new med (like an antibiotic). When I had an intuitive sense about an error my doc made (drastically slashing a med) my pharmacist confirmed an error had been made.

Davona was excellent best costumer service from any Rite Aid I've been too she recommended things I needed and I purchased more since she let me know they were clearance items she made my time and drive from Long Beach to that store worth it.

Large account of stuff not related to pharmacy business and opens early, this is undisputed plus of this place, when you realize, that you’re out of milk or coffee. Loyal and kind guys at cashiers are always polite and helpful.

Went into this Rite Aid for some shaving essentials and found exactly what I needed at a good price....The cashier was very friendly and rang up my order quickly and she had a Great Attitude!!!!....

This store is very convenient next to Hallmark, the gift shop I shop a lot. Now that I'm a rewards member I go there anytime.

The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always take the time answer any questions I have. Also well organized and fully stocked. Highly recommend.

I love it because it has a western union pick up and send location and reliable.

I go to this rite aid all the time because it is conveniently close to my office. Employees always greet me when I enter and I always tend to find what I need. Yesterday I went in because I had bought a gift card that turned out to be fraudulent. I took it back with my receipt and Beverly was the person who helped me. She was so nice and helpful and resolved the issue with fast. I was out of there in a few minutes. I truly appreciated her concern and willingness to help.

The pharmacist Diane and the regular Techs are personable and helpful. We have a lot of medicines that we take and they are informed which helps us. We came to this pharmacy because after we moved to California another pharmacist in this area tried to "school" us on narcotics that had been taken for 15 years. Diane and staff asked a couple of simple questions which we answered, and our information was easily transferred. Also they have helped us get cheaper prices on meds using discount programs. The Rite Aid app doesn't sync with the pharmacy. It sucks, but that's not this store's fault.
