AT&T Store

Amazing customer service! Nice, friendly, and helpful. Store manager was great. Finds solutions and fixes problems. Also Erica was amazing and helping me get a new phone! I was in several months ago should have left a review sooner. We had all kinds of issues switching over from Tmobile. My phone was locked and all kinds of craziness. They fixed problems that was caused by another store. And made this crazy switch over so much easier!!!

The store manager in this store is so very grateful and helpful.. Me and my wife karen we purchased an I phone last month and two lines additional for our kids but our first bill was so high . I contacted the store manager that’s our bills for family data plans is so high So, he just said don’t worry about it well fix it ..and here we go my bill was fix we paid it supposedly to be .
I realy want this guy richard the store manager highly recommended to go to his store and purchase a phone , very grateful to talk to.. thank you richard for helping me and my family..

The manager Ricky is the best person to fix problems,.and to help you .with any issues you have with your phone.He is 10 STARS! He is such a good employee that he has restored my faith in AT&T. Richard was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was amazing. He made sure I was all set up before leaving. The vibe was on point.

Came into the store with some questions about my bill and was immediately greeted my Yadira. She helped me break down my bill and I ended up taking home some chargers Ive been needing plus an apple watch! She was a great help suggesting ways to help me save money while not raising my bill too much I highly recommend this store for all your needs.

Great service, Jessika help us and in half an hour we were done with upgrading my phone.

Andrea at hawaiian gardens is the best, very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. I told her my issues and instantly helped me. i was pleased with the great costumer service.

The staff and manager were super nice they helped lower my bill and helped me understand the trade in credits and the policy that each purchase has and they helped me get my bill from 400 to 200 bucks THANK YOU SM this is just what i needed

I just purchased a new iPhone at the Hawaiian Gardens AT&T store and was very impressed with the services we received by a sales rep by the name of Peter. Peter really went out of his way to help us with all of our needs . I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of any AT&T services.

I’m a shopaholic but my partner doesn’t know because AT&T worker Peter added deals and discounts to my account making it seem like I only have a couple devices on the Att account. You were great Peter in hiding my addiction problem.

My experience at Hawaiian Gardens was great. Peter was such a great help. He went above and beyond for myself and husband. Great customer service, by far the best. I will definitely be visiting this location from now on..

AT&T My name is Renee Williams, I am so pleased with the service of your representatives Ed,Petter, &Adam. I have to admit that At&t has stepped up their game Big Time! Not only is this store closer for me an my family. I have purchased two 9th Generation tablet. That was really a good deal for my son an I. Now my Mom wants one. My Mom is still with T-mobil, but I trying to win her over to At&t. Every time come to this sore on Norwalk&Lincon for understanding of the device, transfering info, purchases or anything concerning my devices I have been put at easy, an pleased. I have never gotten this kind of service at T-mobil. AT&T whatever you do take care of my Tech Representatives Ed,Petter,&Adam oh just so everyone know I've been in this store at least 4 times in the last couple of weeks an coming back to get the Direct Stream. So pleased with my At&t Crew!!!
