Great store. Prices 25 percent less than ShopRite usually. Twice the selection. Twice as large fresh produce. Great deli with twice the stuff as shoprite. Sussex Shoprite is not a normal store like in Warwick. It's owned by the Romano Brothers. High prices, small selection. Little produce. Like for people in Clifton. Shop Acme instead!

I love acme. They have the best food delivery app..you can get groceries delivered for as low as $3.99 and free if you sign up for Fresh pass which is very affordable and well worth it if you order online weekly. I believe their Prices are reasonable when they have deals of products. I only wish that prices on cold cuts were a lot lower.....1 lb of cheese shoudont amount to $12..
Today I went to ShopRite that just opened across the street and I have to tell all of the customers here - do not do it. ShopRite has always been known to be a greedy chain of supermarkets. And the fact that they are so spiteful as to choose location next to Acme to put them out of business only confirms it. Yes it is big and clean but the prices are very high......products arw nothign special. You are better off getting things on sale and getting good deals at Acme.That's just my opinion as a consumer.

My go-to grocery store in the wantage area. Staff is always really nice and the store is really easy to navigate. Inflation is inflation, prices are going to go up wherever you go but using their app allows for a lot of coupons and deals

What a Helpful and Friendly young man Matt in courtesy is! Rented a rug shampooer that unfortunately wasn't working properly, called up to get some help and Matthew was so courteous and friendly , offered a refund or exchange, we didn't want a refund, just a working shampooer and he exchanged with no problem. So nice to see this young man have exemplary customer service skills in this day and age. Thanks Matthew! You are an EXCELLENT young man.

We love acme ! We are there multiple times a week for the past 15 years everyone is so friendly everyone knows our names . My 3 year old loves going there cause everyone says hi and talks to him! We hope they stay open even when shop rite comes

Staff at the Sussex Acme are consistently helpful, courteous, and professional from the cashiers to the managers. The other day Sara at the Dell went above and beyond to be accommodating. She said it was her last day before leaving for school, and I hope she comes back to Acme when she's home on breaks! Yes, the store can be expensive, but if you use the app you can get deals on items you buy. They generally have good produce also.

Tried another Acme I found in my travels. Was extremely clean. Register lady was very friendly. Hardly anyone there since it is mainly vaca homes in area. Nice parking lot and other shops in the center. I will definitely stop again when heading that way.

This review is strictly for the seafood department's glorious and spicy SHRIMP CAKES. Whoever makes these deserves a double wage increase yesterday. I've tried crab and shrimp cakes from every supermarket in the region... These are by far the best! Please never stop makin em like DIS!!!

Very clean, nice people, and helpful. I asked for am item they did not stock and was told where I can go to find it. Meats are good, found a buy one get one free deal with some steak. Check it out....

Another Acme in my neighborhood I use all the time for convenience. Some good prices, some a bit higher.

In the past few months something or someone has changed things in Acme's bakery for the better. I've tried a few pastries and cakes and I must say they were very good. During the Holidays when I was shopping sometimes I'd just stop to admire their display case the cakes looked that professional ! I have a few functions coming up and I know where I'll be placing my cake orders. KEEP UP THE BEAUTIFUL WORK.

Great place to shop.. friendly staff , great prices...shop here all the time being a seasonal Camper..not a local to the area ,wish there was one near my home residence in Staten Island.. Acme, hint hint.. get one going out there!!!

Excellent service and reasonably priced food. Unfortunately a ShopRite who is the Great supermarket chain in New Jersey and elsewhere is building a location very close. I hope they don't go the way that all the Piggly Wiggly went in the southeast. I live in Fort Lauderdale and find that food is roughly 30% cheaper in New Jersey. I love supermarkets with olive bars and upscale food. I highly recommend Acme Markets

Best thing about it is shopping on line, then just pick it up. Francisco, Acme shopper, ROCKS! 2/20/23 still shopping on line & Francisco still rocks!
