Truck was damaged and would require some bodyshop help. Called Selective and got right through to a rep. I explained what happened and yes it was covered and they told me my deductable right off. They sent me suggested body shops and there was one where I had work done before. The steps I should take and the ones they would do were explained carefully. The shop had the info they needed to get started. I needed a rental to replace my truck and I got a call from Enterprise within an hour or two from the time I had contacted Selective. I now have a rental truck and all is good.

I'd never heard of Selective Insurance when I decided a couple years ago to shop around for insurance, but my insurance agent highly recommended Selective, and the cost was much less. You never really know until you have a claim, and I hadn't had an insurance claim for decades. Then we got a hailstorm in Iowa that totaled the roof of my house and my RV. The claims were handled quickly and efficiently, with no issues whatsoever. In reading through my policies, I saw a couple things that needed corrections. I contacted Selective using the e-mail address in their docs, received a quick response, answered a couple questions and the corrections were processed immediately. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Selective.
