Airways able to find what I need at a very clean and organized store. Employees always checking on me to see if they can help me find anything. Prices are good, sales are wonderful and the coupons I get make it all worth the while to enter their store! Thanks Michael's always for a great experience without the pressure of buying and selling but with the compassion of employees to offer help and accept a "no" of that's what customer gives. 😀

I love how this location is pet-friendly, especially with it being right next to Petsmart. The employees are very kind as well. Some of the aisles are a bit cramped to walk through, but otherwise the store is very nice.

ignore the text on the second photo that was for a personal project but they got an AMAZING selection of embroidery threads !! decent fabric section but then again what im looking for is specifically a 0.5cm plush thread fabric so thats just me.

The employee there was awesome! I went up to the register with well over 150.00 in merchandise. I had a 5.00 coupon. She found me a % coupon online as well! Saved me money!!! They are always pleasant, the store is always clean and organized as well as stocked. My go-to for all my crafting and baking needs!

Very warm atmosphere there is a section with very beautiful fall displays that's out already and which I highly recommend getting decorative decor here at this place they have a very nice selection. And they give veterans discount

AMAZING SERVICE

An employee who works in the framing department, Linda, was very helpful when it came to a return. I received some broken picture frames in the mail and wanted to return them in store and get replacements. She was very pleasant on the phone when I called to make sure I could do returns in store, and she even checked the stock for me before I bothered driving there. She made the return process in the store very quick and easy. She already had my replacement frames ready to go when I got there.

Michaels is a great craft store. There’s usually a lot of deals to be had. Great, helpful staff too.
I had a picture custom framed from here and it turned out great. I get all my custom framing done here. Highly recommend this location.

Michaels has always been a favorite store of mine. They always have a wide selection of craft materials and decorations. They do custom picture frames, and I believe they have classes for various crafts. The employees are always helpful in finding whatever obscure thing you may be looking for.

Store is nice and clean. The shelves were fully stocked. A crafter can find whatever is needed to work with.

They had silk Easter Lilies and at half off to boot!! Yeah Michael's!
I just want to add that Michael's online sells 10 packs of popular craft products for weddings or floral projects. These Pro-Packs are a game changer and they ship orders of $50.00 or more free to your house. I am a florist and I really appreciate being able to order supplies from home without having to drive all over town to find items.

Very friendly staff. I required a custom frame for a piece I was working on and since I was traveling in a few days, the staff worked with me to have it expedited. I was able to pick it up the next day and I will be taking it on my trip out of the country. The custom job was done really well and I have zero complaints. I never walk out of this store empty handed, I always find what I am looking for.

Great staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are a maker/crafter, you'll find what you need here. Just cause the store is smaller then the competitor, does not mean smaller inventory for craft supplies!

I was there for less than 2min and a wonderful lady ( Lacy ) helped me with everything on my list.
I got the up most respect and extraordinary customer service. I will shop there again for that reason. we need more people in the customer service industry like her.

Easily a favorite store or mine. I'm an artist of many mediums and they always have what I need. I love the rewards program, lately their rewards with cricut deals have been the best.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Cashier was very patient while we took time to help my autistic son figure out his money after his gift card.
