My wife and I got new phones today. I want to make sure Jordan that took care of us is recognized. Great customer skills, patient, helped us call verizon waited with us till verizon sorted their end out. Jordan waited for me on hold I had to step away from the counter 2 times keep in mind fixing things on verizons end took almost 2 hours, he also talked to the person at verizon with us. He is patient and made sure all the T's and crossed and i s dotted.

He is a true asset to the store.

Rich demonstrated excellent customer service while helping me pick out a TV. He reviewed the available specs and showed me the differences in quality across multiple brands and models. I am happy with my purchase and pleased with the buying experience.

Went in to buy a TV Antenna left with 65" Toshiba . Best deal ever plus the sales people where all professional in there duty. The store manager new his job well. Plus he was very professional and respectful of your time .

This particular Best Buy is very well managed and Evan tho staff doesn't receive commissions, they go out of there way to explain the products. Weather you buy or not

If you have any car, motorcycle, slingshot, boat or any other vehicle audio/light upgrade or installation needed this is the place. Ask for Eric or James in the installation bay area. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! Had some work done elsewhere only to be fixed here!

Wonderful customer service! Normally I wouldn't feel the need to leave a review, but the times I've gone in here needing help finding something specific the people on the floor have been so incredibly helpful and patient, especially considering I'm not the most tech-savvy person, that I had to say something nice :)

Placed in order to pick-up Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Deluxe Edition on Black Friday (originally priced at $80+), I purchased it for $53! For me that's a steal and a fair price. Placed the order like 5-10 mins before actually driving their and as I'm driving their I get a notification saying it was ready for pick-up - it was done quickly; like less than 6 mins after placing the order it was already ready! They actually had other great deals on various other products; I also purchased Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate Edition for $10 less than the original price. Overall great deals and a good environment.

I needed the assistance of the Geek team. I just walked in and was on a work deadline. Im pretty good with the software at issue and they listened to the attempts i had made, then focused their attention. It was a weird compatibility upgrade. They were able to help and it was greatly appreciated.

I must confess that I have always had good luck taking my laptop to the Geek's. Not only do they solve my problems, I find them friendly and courteous

Very nice of a place inside there I went there Year to see if they had what I needed and sure Enough they did And I got what I needed and went from there I use to come to any Best Buy and play videos games for the heck of it there with my Uncle Son until we decide to leave and then went back to my place and still kept on Playing video games all night Long that Night but this place is a very nice inside it and I'm very impressed with the way it looks like still even too

I ordered a 64 gb flash drive at a fantastic low price. Picked up in-store greeted by a very friendly and helpful associate. In and out in a flash.

Get your car electronics installed here. Went in to get front and rear facing cams. Eric the installer suggested one and put it in the next day. It was really quick and it looks excellent. I was also able to download the app with him right there and he walked me right through it. Super knowledgeable. Best buy will have my business as long as he's the guy installing. Thank you, Eric.
