Always my go-to for children's books and a wonderful time to browse great things.

Store is very clean and organized. Well stocked with excellent variety.

Large magazine section is a big plus.

My daughter aleays buys me my Dragon drink & cookie at Starbucks while she goes looking fir books. I read my magazines while waiting.

Great book selection and very kind staff.

Bookstores used to be my hideout when the wife was shopping. I get nostalgic when I go to B&N. They do a decent job of displaying their books, almost always very clean, and a good collection. Keep buying books.

Hey, I don't know if you've ever been in a bookstore before, but they're basically magic. They're literally filled with books. There's some other stuff, sure yeah, but mostly books. And, if you didn't know, books are pretty amazing. All kinds of books. Spooky books, funny books, romantic books, sad books, fiction, non-fiction, books filled with pictures and books filled with art and sometimes books filled with pictures AND art. If I die, bury me in a bookstore. If...

I've been coming here ever since I was in high school, and the quality of the store has never changed. The employees are always quick and helpful, even conversational, and the cafe is always kept clean and professional. The varying employees on shift there are also quite considerate.

I have encountered a couple rude and inconsiderate customers from time to time, especially in the cafe, but their individual actions don't harm the store itself. So please don't listen to the 1-2 star reviews that complained more about the customers it attracts. Everyone who works there pours their hearts into making that store the best it can be.

They've taken it beyond books. The games they have there adult to children Legos etc... Plus an awesome kids section. Plus books!

The whole place is really well done an deserves a visit. I was surprised how stylish and classy.

It’s a great place to shop and browse. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are also other great gift ideas there for all ages. Books, games, collectibles, Legos and many other items.

Love this place, always helpful, friendly staff, great place to hang out for hours, read books, have a bite to eat or drink in the cafe. Great Clarence section great selection of books and magazines, and records, Clean, quite, relaxing atmosphere. They also offer great events threw out the year. By far this is one of my favorite Barnes & Noble stores to visit!

I visited this location looking for a Christmas present for my grandson unfortunately they didn't have it in stock but to my delight the young lady who helped me that day I felt went over and above in helping me locate and receive the item. She spent time calling other locations, numerous to locate and have the item expedited to them. She found it in another state and she still managed to have them send it and I received it before Christmas. So needless to say they made my day. The staff working here are polite helpful and knowledgeable about there products and it's a pleasure to shop here

Super courteous and customer friendly. I cant remember the gentleman's name but he had longer red hair. He was literally more helpful and patient then any other person ive ever dealt with in retail. For a bookstore/Starbucks, Barnes & Nobles is on point,helpful,patient and all around a 5 star business and employees!!

I went specifically for Manga and I was pleasantly surprised at their selection. Once or twice I even said to myself "there's no way they have that" and eating my words when I found what I was looking for. I'll be back to check out their selection in the future.

The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I go to the café to study frequently. They always make me feel welcomed. I recommend going here for buying books (they always have a good selection) and a quiet place to study/read. The café also has a good assortment of food and drinks, which is to be expected from a Starbucks.

This place is wonderful. I haven't been in a book store in a long time had no idea this place was so close! They have a little cafe on the inside, a huge kids play area and lots of selections for books!! I hate reading from devices books are so much better so glad it's here !!! Will be going back and the staff is super friendly so that's an added bonus.

I live to read and Yes I have read many books on a digital tablet however in my opinion nothing replaces holding that book in your hands. For some reason I am more relaxed holding the book instead of a digital reader. Also, there are so few books stores to be found anymore. I hope Barnes and Noble hangs in there as I really like going into the book store and exploring all the possibilities for a good read. I recommend Barnes and Noble.

I've always loved going into book stores. Always seem to find something to purchase. B & N has a great selection. I'm just worried they might go the way of the others. No thanks to my Kindle.

great variety of books! If youre looking for The Adventure Zone books theyre all available here! A nice selection of items like plushies and bt21 items! Theres always new things in stock.

Needed to get 2020 calendars, particularly Chicago CUBS. Looked every where! Good ole' Barnes & Noble! I just love that place. And the books. I could spend hours in there, but had a time crunch❣
