Found what I was looking for.

Walked in and asked one of the employees about guidance for best rated eyebrow filling products and the employee didn’t want to be bothered. She just kept directing me to Anastasia. She kept saying that’s all eye brow products. I understand that but I wanted to explain my circumstances but she didn’t care to listen. This store is so unhelpful compared to other locations.

Don't walk, RUN AWAY FROM HERE! This is the most unhelpful sephora location I've ever been to. The employees are extremely busy tending their personal needs or each other and have NO TIME to help any customers. They're busy putting on makeup, spraying perfumes, and doing each other's hair and responding to lengthy conversations I mean I had to wait for the cashier to finish her text message. And as if not enough once you get their attention they're sooooooo rude to you for having interrupted their play time at sephora lol. I hope if your reading this don't buy there! The store will eventually not meet financial goals and maybe switch out employees hopefully 🤞🏼

I had issue with returning an item that I was trying to return a week after I purchased it. According to them they can't find the item on their system. They require me to have the original receipt which I did not keep since I already have sephora account and it shows there that I puchased the item from them it even showed which Sephora location and the date of purchase. Went back there 3 times and no one can help even the customer service hotline numbers that they told me to call!

Lazy, rude, unhelpful employees. 3 sales people standing behind the register chatting with each other. I walked up with the website pulled up with what I was looking for and asked if she could help me find it :
Yah, I have no idea where that is, ask him.....points to employee next to her. He says, go look up front to which I say I did, where exactly, can you help me? He sighs and walks up front quickly glances and says it could be anywhere and walks away and starts opening a box and stocking the shelf. Wander a bit and didn't see it. Walked back to register and asked first girl if someone could help me cause the website says this location has it. She says I don't know where it is without even moving from behind the register. Again I was the only one there. I said really, no one is willing to help ? I was so frustrated. I will never go to this location again !
