Love that I was able to get the new iPhone 13. We were there for half the day it seemed however the manager was so nice in taking the time to help us and answered all my questions about moving to t-mobile. This store is super busy and feel bad they have to deal with so many rude customers. Rocky and Martin were amazing and greeted every single person while we were there and made sure to help when possible! Amazing customer service, even tried to help w/ customers who rubbed it in their face they bought the phone at another store and demanded they get helped with a data transfer instead of waiting like everyone else in the store. Made a whole scene! I wish more people had this amazing level of customer service!!! Thanks so much and would recommend this location to everyone.

Jonathan helped me the first time I was here moving me over to tmobile from sprint. He did an amazing job taking the time to explain everything in great detail. Made the transition really easy. The store next door told me they "can't help sprint customers" and sent me over here.

Came in today and Jonathan was busy so I got to work with the manager Martin. Very polite and made sure I didn't have any sort of questions. Transfered my data and we talked about our love of craft beer/ breweries. What an amazing team they have here. Won't ever visit any other store but here!! Simply amazing.

I was helped by Martin who was their manager. Was a nice guy, a little dry at times, but I would rather have someone who tells the truth than all these other people over the phone and in other stores who gives you run arounds. Was very up front about the transition process to T-mobile as we were sprint customers. He made sure to write things out for us, another big thing no one else ever does, and explained how and why the bill was increasing. He offered us a great discount on our plan in order to include ear buds and a speaker for us. I wish more stores had managers with a clear and honest way of viewing. Great store

I went to 512 S Randall Rd T-Mobile store over the weekend to get a new iPhone for my wife. The staff there was friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan. He was very professional and walked us through the new phone features, old phone trade-in process and transferring the data between both phones. Highly recommended location. There are other T-Mobile stores in the area but this one is the best! Keep up the good work!

I wish to give notice to T Mobile about two employees that should be noted as outstanding employees. Very courteous to customers, have a very nice way of assisting customers with a lot of patience and understanding. Always have a smile.

I had a great experience at this store. I went in to take advantage of their unlimited data plan and was greeted and helped by Cody Taylor. He was awsesome!!! He took the time to explain everything in detail and get me the best plan and phone. He patiently transferred all my data to my new phone (and there was a lot) and made sure everything was there and working before I left. I would highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Cody!!

I can’t thank Rocky enough for the outstanding guest services he provided us. We were going through a provider/plan change and he used such patience with us over multiple days. He was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and just has a genuine knack for guest relations. If you’re ever in need for help at the 512 South Elgin T-Mobile you must ask for Rocky!!

Okay, I have to explain the 5 stars is for the manager Eric. If you don't interact with him, you will get frustrated. The store is understaffed and the T-Mobile/Sprint merger is making things crazy. I came there to have my Sprint phone switched to the T-Mobile towers as per an email from the HQ. Eric explained how my Stylo 4 would not support 5G and I would be disappointed once the network was fully up and running. So I bought a new phone from him. After having an issue with the hotspot not running HD, he was the only one at both companies who instantly knew the problem and advised me correctly. He has also helped me several times after the sale. If you want to deal with someone who will steer you straight, during and after the sale, he is a sure bet.

Excellent service. Ryan spent an entire morning with me fixing all kinds of errors that a different Sprint had made on my account. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was correct and that I left the store with a new phone when my old one broke. A+++ Service!

I always get the best customer service when I come here! My iPhone was blacked out for over an hour today and as soon as I walked inside the store, the manager and sales reps were very helpful and informative, and they were able to turn my phone back on within seconds. I really appreciate how much they care about their customers.

Had a very pleasant experience today with Ryan at the Sprint store in South Elgin. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. We are really happy with the customer service we get when we come in. Definitely coming back and telling my friends!

Best sserviervice. The guy even helped me when I don't have sprint. Will definitely come back and buy. This is what all phone stores should be. Great service, great agent, never felt like I wanted to pay until this day. But no charge.

We recently switched from Verizon to Sprint. The cell service is great, much better than 5 years ago when we switched. We saved a bunch on the monthly bill and were able to get top notch data, etc. This was a great deal! Try it out.

ALWAYS an ABSOLUTE great experience when I go in I usuallt work with Eric (my Sprint Guru!!) But Cody was there to help with ideas too. I had so many questions and they qere all patient with me to understand it all. THANK YOU for being an honest stote compared to other Sprint locations in the area!!!
