Giovanny from the geek squad is incredibly helpful!! Went above and beyond for me to help me find a receipt, went as far as looking through their sale log from 2 weeks to make sure he found it. Great customer service!

Drove a bit to this location for a OnePlus phone since I'm a big fan of the brand and the employees were so nice helping me return a Samsung I disliked in exchange. Even though they were busy they made sure I got all my money back despite how the return process can be rough. Sadly we live a bit of a ways away otherwise I would love to come back to this location for the wonderful customer service.

Went in to buy a 55 inch TV. Wow did they have a lot to choice from. Ended up going with the LG 55SM8600PUA model after spending days researching what TV was best for sports. This model has advanced motion detail. I also bought a Sanus advanced full motion TV wall mount. Model BMF320-B1. The TV was 599.99 and the wall mount was 149.99

A small location, but the service was phenomenal. Andrew Murphy is an incredible asset to this team. Because of this help and patience, I was finally able to get my watch setup on my cellular service network. He is a fine example of a customer service representative. As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted, and immediately guided Andrew for the help. This is an excellent location, and I highly recommend coming here if you have gone elsewhere and received poor service. Thanks to Andrew Murphy and the staff at this Best Buy location. It was worth my 30 minute drive!!!!

I took my daughter who is starting her 1st year of college to get a laptop for school and we spoke to Kyle and explained what we our guidelines were n he showed us an HP unit that we purchased. He knew exactly what to show us by our guidelines and we purchased the first one he showed us. Two thumbs up for Kyle at S. Elgin BestBuy.

We were helped by a young man named Logan. He was so helpful during our visit, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me (I'm very picky). The manager at the front, Elvira was also very pleasant and showed a positive attitude towards her team. Great experience so far.
