AT&T Store

I was having issues with my new phone and went in to get some assistance. I just left this store and Sal was the the technician who helped me. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely knew his stuff and was able to fix the issues I was having transferring things over. Even while we waited for things to download, he was pleasant and easy to talk to. Getting a new phone can be a pain in the neck, but this made everything much smoother and I can't say enough about how much I appreciated working with Sal. He's a keeper for sure!

I am a woman of integrity. This message is a few days late but, when I tell you I had to write a review concerning Jared OMG!!!! I came and I had two issues with my phone and my watch. Jared was so engaged and he figured it out. at one point I was like "don't worry about it" you got the major part fixed.he was so adamant about fixing my issue before I left. I was so impressed and he was not going to stop until he got it done. I appreciate that!!! his customer service on a scale from 1 to 10 I give him a 20!! this will be the ONLY AT&T store I will go to for service! on top of that angel so professional,answered all my questions.. he's very diligent and patient getting the answers for me. the team at this location is everything!!!! one satisfied customer

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Angel at my local AT&T store, and I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional. Angel went above and beyond to understand my needs, patiently guiding me through the various options available and providing valuable insights along the way. Their expertise and professionalism were evident from the start, and their dedication to ensuring I found the perfect solution was truly remarkable. Not only did Angel make the entire process smooth and hassle-free, but their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm also made it a pleasure to interact with them. I highly recommend him.

We had to go to the store several times this week and everyone was very helpful. On our last visit, we had Jared helping us out. He was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When we ran into problems, he came up with other ways to process our transfer that saved us a few headaches for certain. He made what we thought would be a very complicated process very simple and stress free. A+ service

My husband and I recently visited the store. Angel provided excellent customer service, he gave us detailed one on one support. He had extensive knowledge on the plans and devices. I have been to several stores over the years but he made a lasting impression. Keep up the great work!

After having issues at another local AT&T location, I went to this store. Jason and Joe helped me and they were outstanding! Very helpful and assisted with a phone upgrade and a switch to AT&T Fiber. I’ll definitely go back.

The sales rep I worked with - Mason - did a great job in understanding my cell phone needs and took the time to show me various options. He was engaging and knew his products. I recommend working with him. It was a good experience.

Mr Miquel Lopez was a exceptional, great customer agent.
I was looking for a new iPhone and had specifics in mind.
Miguel had no issues giving me the iPhone I wanted and answered all my questions without attempting to go to another direction. I was so impressed that I have recommended him to some of my colleagues already. He made me feel like a family member of ATT and I felt he was trustworthy. That is when I new I had to buy my iPhone from him. A huge Kudos to Mr Lopez.

Really amazing experience, First we had Mason, really helpful and was able to resolve and help with our trade in and return process, later came back to finalize the process. We were helped by Jared he was super friendly, nice, respectful and extremely helpful with the final step, he made it easy and fast!! Thank you both!!

Jed the sales rep and Jared the manager at the south Elgin store on Randall gave us focused time on our upgrades, plus sold us both Apple Watches, brought to our attention air WiFi which should improve our service over Comcast and save us money. Jared saved us money on our plan, gave us tips and are both available to us in the future. Very fruitful visit. Highly recommend this location.we are long time customers of ATT and plan to stay that way with staff like Jed and Jared.

Jose and entire store team show great customer service, professionalism and knowledge of each item in the store. I got a new phone today and was in and out in 30 minutes. Jose made is very easy and explained everything along the way. Great experience!

Jason was a delight! He was informative, helpful, and took his time to make me feel comfortable. You can tell Jason is in the business of HELPING people over selling phones. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jason for the human connection!

Jose Trejo was excellent. I came in with limited knowledge on my I phone and asked him to help me set up my fit bit! He did and was so patient and kind. Even when I had to get my password book out! I would hire Jose foe any customer service position. He is an asset to your team and would be an asset to any organization!

Love this store. So quick, easy, and friendly. I can't imagine needing to go any place else for your mobile needs. Shout out to Miguel (He helped me), but the other customers in the store were very satisfied as well.

This was by far the best experience I have had at an AT&T store. The main reason was the employee named Jose.I was fortunate to have him assist me. I had to replace my phone and he helped me transfer everything and was kind enough to let me know that he would also set up my watch since it would not have synced with my new phone. He was very professional and a great employee for AT&T to have on their team.

As a business owner, dealing with phone company’s is very hard due to the lack of time I have. Jared made the process quick and easy and I highly recommend going to Jared for all of your needs. AT&T is lucky to have him.

Angel goes above and beyond helping with all of our questions and concerns. He is patient and thorough.
