Mike, our sales person went out of his way assisting us in getting a defective washing machine replaced. He is really knowledgeable of the products carried by PC Richards and does a great job in making sure you get the product that is going to be best for you. Thank you Mike!

Kenny was great. We purchased a Kitchen aid dishwasher that is so quiet, I don't even know it's running and a Frigidaire gas range with a griddle and top broiler. Great deals on both. Quick delivery, installation and took away the old for a reasonable fee.

We, had bought a computer for our son. We could not get it to work. We walked in to return the computer. We then met the manager Brian, and one of his assistants Mark. Together they both assisted us. Brian in particular was very helpful. He really provided the highest level of customer care and service. He assisted us to the point that the computer works now, Thanks to him !
While we were in the store, we were able to shop for a few upcoming purchases that we are expecting to make. We will definitely be back to spend our money at a store that is willing to go the extra, for their customers.
We will be spending a lot more money at your Whippany NJ store.

Went into store today to purchase a refrigerator. I went to whippany. Nice pleasant salesman Chris helped me and went out of his way to show me different priced refrigerators and what was included in it them. I was very pleased to hear no delivery charge ! My salesman was James Cooper, and he was so helpful with some issues I had in picking out a machine and then he followed up throughout the process of ordering and delivery. Anytime I had a question I would text him, and he texted me back shortly, even on his day off. I highly recommend PC Richard and James.
