You know, when this place first opened, it wasn't all that great – from customer service to getting the orders right and having enough bakery stuff in stock, it was a bit of a mess. But things have really turned around, and I can tell 'cause I'm a regular here. I'm glad they switched up their team. Nowadays, everyone's super friendly, and they've got their act together. Orders come out right, and they've got plenty of goodies on hand, so they don't run out too quick.

But the best part? I gotta give a big shoutout to one of their crew members. Like I said, I'm a regular, and a few months back, I was having a seriously rough week. I hit the drive-thru for some coffee to lift my spirits, and the barista taking my order noticed I wasn't my usual self. He asked how I was doing, and for some reason, that question hit me hard, and I just started bawling my eyes out. It was kinda embarrassing 'cause it came outta nowhere, and I was feeling super overwhelmed that day – didn't even have the energy to hide it. But this guy, Waleeb, he was a champ. He was so polite, friendly, and just real, you know? He dashed off and got me a cake pop, jotted down a sweet note on the bag, and his kindness and understanding completely turned my day around from a downer to a upper. I'll never forget that. And now, every time I swing by and Waleeb's on shift, he brings this awesome, positive vibe. It makes me feel all warm and welcome, and that's what customer service should be all about. Seriously, Waleeb deserves a raise for being such a star at customer service.

Great location. Easy in and out with staff that are on it. Breakfast sandwich perfection as it should be with prepared sandwiches. The coffee is burnt like most Starbucks customers seem to love.

I have 4 Starbucks I can go to. I live in East Orange and travel to this one. They make the best coffee and everyone is so friendly. They always greet you when you come in, even though they are busy. Plus the place is really clean

AWESOME customer service!!! They have been short staffed for a while now but that does not stop them from giving exceptional service. They are always polite and efficient. I went to the drive-thru today and accidentally dropped my cookie on the floor. Right away they offered me a new cookie. I said it wasn't necessary but they insisted. Not only did they give me a fresh new cookie they went out of their way to give me a coupon for my next visit. 5 stars all around!!! THANK YOU!

I love Starbucks, and I go almost every single day to get my caffeine on. I have never gotten a bad cup of coffee (or tea, for that matter) ever!!! And the food is good, too.

No complaints. Order was done properly and timely. Changed things up a bit and go outside my black iced coffee routine and decided to try a quad vanilla latte with oat milk. Not too bad! First time trying an almond croissant, which I found to be tastier than their regular croissant. Like all Starbucks, the cost is prohibitive of regular visits, but a nice treat once in a while.

Came here for a quick caffeine break as it’s walking distance from my office. It’s a nice large Starbucks with plenty of seating indoors and an outdoor patio. They had two refrigerated sections. My drink was made correctly so that’s always nice and it was made quickly.

Love this place! As a busy mom, I appreciate having the drive through option. Always friendly, excellent customer service, and Starbucks coffee is the Best. Keep up the good work - we love coming here!

Kat is awesome! Brilliant! Kind! A published poet! And everyone here practically here treats me with friendly and familiar kindness. It’s not an easy job. We all wage our personal battles for wages and life from Starbucks to my work place and it’s good to know once a day or more I have a friendly awesome place to drop by and get geeked up on Java!

Love the egg bites and coffee. Great start to the day protein + caffeine and I drive through and go!

This particular location is a favorite not just for the nice and friendly service, but it has a drive thru which means I can easily get my stuff without leaving my car and go about my business

Friendly staff.. They practice social distancing and that was awesome.. They also have a drive thru.. First Starbucks I have personally seen with one
