Very rare and well picked wine collection. Perhaps the best out of any similarly sized wine store that I have ever been to in NYC and/or Long Island. Very knowledgeable owner and workers. They really follow the harvests of different regions and know the best years and brands to recommend. Join their email list for very well priced wine tasting events at local restaurants. An absolute gem of a store. Michael is knowledgeable about wine and spirits on a level you won't find in any wine shop let alone a big wholesale shop. His prices are competitive, the wine classes are fun and informative. Please support this great resource!

Michael’s shop is second to none. Fantastic selection of quality wines, many being organic/biodynamic/etc. Michael the rest of the staff are always happy to help with recommendations or just to help you learn more about wine.

Five stars aren’t enough. This is such a great, well-curated little store, with such terrific and unusual selections in every price range, that you’ll find yourself skipping the larger, more impersonal places. Michael always has excellent recommendations for every occasion.

Yum! Every wine I’ve tried from here has been great so far. If I can’t decide, or want to mix it up, they’re great about recommending something based on what I liked before. Current favorite reds are Ramsey and Folkway. They also have a killer gun, Dillan’s. And a Montauk rum that is lovely. Now I’m thirsty!
