I'm putting one star just because when a complaint below accused the owner of talking down and thinking she's better than everyone else, she responded right off the bat with "I do think I'm better."

Trust me lady, on that alone I know you are much much lower on the totem pole that regular people.

Okay since the new manager responded I pushed it back up to 4 stars because of one issue I've had there but all in all I've had pretty good service.

Have been coming and using this particular UPS store for 3 years. Awesome, amazing, and friendly staff! One of the best UPS franchise stores I’ve had the pleasure of shipping/receiving packages. Could not be a happier customer. Hoping they keep the A-team staff onboard in the foreseeable future

These people really know what they are doing. They are polite and very knowledgeable. They get things done quickly and with a smile.

Th staff is top notch, the efficiency is off the charts and I am comfortable that my packages are in good hands.

These guys have been super helpful and professional. I've sent files from Michigan and they were quick to print, cut and have the items ready for my client to pick up. They called me when something didn't look quite right and worked with me to resolve the issue. They are located near my client, which is a bonus. Chris and Aaron were the two who helped me. They were great! Fabulous customer service! They are my new go-to place for quick printing.

I love this place. I’ve had a Private Mail Box here for many years and have always been welcomed and assisted by friendly, timely staff. Even in the midst of a holiday crush, the employees there are working incredibly hard to make sure everyone’s packages are handled with care and the best possibly deal is given. I’ve never had anything short of a warm and professional experience.

Jennifer, Colton and the rest of the team there are ALWAYS very helpful and kind. From assisting customers who are unprepared to greeting everyone who walks in- this business is now all about taking the time to help each customer! Thank you!

The person who helped me was quick efficient, and super polite. Not sure what other people's issues are with this store, but if you smile and act like a polite human being they treat you well. The golden rule applies everywhere.

This UPS is by far the best I've ever had the occasion to use. (at 81+ Iyears, a LOT). Always courteous, prompt, even when busy, they handle everyone so that I've not seen anyone leave without there service (unless they thought it was a USPost Office. They could be an example of how to handle an overflow! On my way over there now -- so send a document!

Been going here for years for mailbox and all things related to what they do. You are in good hands with Lisa, saw 1 bad review.... don't believe it. My wife is a native and I have been here since 1985 and this store is very well ran.

This is a busy store but well run and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. They move people in an out

I’ve had a PO box for several years....great service .Also, great at packing and shipping ,always polite and professional.....no problem with notarization of important documents....looking forward to the 12 yrs of great service!

Detailed and Courteous! This place is Amazing and Lisa runs a tight ship. Best place to go in Tucson w/ a history of consistency. Highly recommended!
