This pharmacy goes above and beyond to work my my child's docs and my insurance to make sure we are taken care of. I am so grateful to them. So stressful dealing with all of that and I always feel like they're on my side doing what they can to help!

I had some issues with self checkout today and Doug and Shane went above and beyond to address and fix the issue quickly and effortlessly. They both deserve a raise!

I'd add a sixth star if I could, now that they've installed a bike rack (near the Red Box). Great staff, lots of stock, extremely diligent and caring pharmacists. About 2 miles from a RIPTA stop.

Don't like the pharmacy drive through being closed for lunch. Store doesn't do that for other employees.

I'm pretty impressed with the new renovations. Definite improvements on the previous store design.

For shopping purposes the staff are usually talkative and if not they are nice and efficient. Has a variety of things and is a good go-to.

However, there are some issues with the pharmacy there. The wait time can at times be long and there have been multiple occasions of prescriptions and orders being messed up there.

Excluding the pharmacy, nice, local CVS.

Used to use CVS all the time. My go to store. Now their prices are so high, I use any other store I can- -even if I have to drive further. My husband uses a probiotic. The same product at another store is one quarter the price (not a typo), We'll just keep driving by CVS to go to another store,

This pharmacy is no longer an acceptable option. Prescriptions are rarely filled on time and, with increasing frequency, incorrectly. We were lied to at least once about a prescription being worked on and an associated broken promise. We gave them 2 stars because one very helpful clerk gave me some important insight on problem with a prescription.

“Closed for lunch between 1:30 and 2:00”. OK I get that people need to eat lunch but why can’t they figure out how to schedule lunches like every other business in the US so that they can stay open? For starters, how about hiring enough staff? They seem short on staff all the time, and maybe if they hired more people they could actually stay open.
