The screen on my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 was badly cracked. Mike was meticulous in determining exactly which screen was the correct on for my device. He ordered the replacement which was delivered in a week. The screen was delivered on a Wednesday, I brought the damaged Surface to Mike on Thursday and it was ready to be picked up on Friday. Mike did a great job replacing the broken screen. He’s very professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him if you have a computer.

Mike is amazing. I was having trouble downloading documents on my computer. Took it in Mike figured it out. Got me a new modem my computer is working like brand new.

Really quick turn around and a very fair price. Had my iMac’s original hdd changed to an ssd and had it back in a couple days. The place is dusty and smells like cigarettes but that’s a small price to pay, I would happily go back for repairs here! Much, much better service and far more responsive than the other computer repair service in Cumberland on Mendon Road. Everything was explained before and after working on it, the guy was super nice, and I think everything was done within like 5 days - would have been shorter but I missed a text saying it was ready for pickup over the weekend so that was my fault. Very happy :)

Would highly recommend the computer store! I will never go anywhere else for all of my computer issues! The owner Michael was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond!! I was so impressed that I had my daughter ship her laptop from Florida to have him repair some major issues. Her laptop looked like new once it was all done!! The cost was very reasonable, much better than what she was quoted from the place in FL (even with the shipping costs).

Want to spend $700 for no reason? Me neither. I bought an HP at BB two years ago and it was dying. I went back to BB and Staples and they said I needed a new computer. Not really. Within ten minutes the Computer Store had my computer up and running again. They’re the best.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Great service and very affordable. I'm an IT professional and this is where I go when I get stuck. The guy knows his stuff, and he's honest, he won't do things you don't need to jack up the price. I recommend the computer store 100%

My mother and I had to find a new computer repair service store, as we had a bad experience at the place we usually go to. I looked online and chose this place not knowing anything about it. We are absolutely blown away at our experience! Not only did the guy working there fix my mom's computer on the spot, he fixed her printer that we had brought somewhere else three times and it still didn't work. All this was on the spot service, she didn't have to drop it off for several days. Then when she asked him how much she owed him, he said nothing! He fixed everything for us for free! We always need to bring our computers to be fixed, from now on, he is our guy! We will go no where else. You made us so happy, we can't even believe how amazing our experience was, thank you for such wonderful customer service and for taking care of my mom so nicely!

Excellent service and expertise. Personal service, not corporate big store robot. Seeks to get you the best value for work to be done. A "must have" contact for maintaining or upgrading your equipment.

They were very helpful and friendly. He worked on my laptop while I was there and had it fixed same day in about an hour, and was very affordable. I will definitely be going back for any future problems. 10/10

I've been a customer of Mike's for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. He's knowledgable and up-to-date on all the tech, he's cost conscious (not going to sell me on a Lambo if all I need is a Camaro), and he's honest. I just had him do an upgrade on the PC he built for me about 12 years ago. To get the performance I now have I'd have spent over $1,500 at Best Buy (I never question Mike but I priced it for the hell of it to see my savings.) My PC now outperforms my Apple laptop which I need because I work from home and I'm on it ALL THE TIME. I highly recommend The Computer Store. A++++++ THANK YOU AGAIN MIKE!!

Mike has been servicing computers for 20 years. He has great knowledge and reasonably priced. Turn-around is quick, as well. It’s hard to find someone that will service personal computers. He is a great resource.

Love this company, very different experience as far as location model, however buisness wise. He was quick and easy to use. Not to mention he did an excellent job with my mother's Mac desktop when I brought it. No complaints. Would recommend and also bringing my wife's MacBook in for another repair today. He is my go to instalation guy.

Maps saw that I visited this store and asked me if I wanted to do a review??? See my response to them. "Its really none of your business. Who does Maps think they are. Are you trying to normalize your spying on citizens?"
