AT&T Store

Wonderful service, I was greeted right at the door by a friendly, knowledgeable gentleman (although his name escapes me, I do remember his fantastic beard! Lol) I traded my girlfriends old phone for a brand new phone and some change, and added her to my bill. The representative went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Great job!

Went into the Ironton At&t store and had the best experience with the manager at the store. She was very informative and explained the break down of my bill and what to expect with my new service. I have never had someone go above and beyond to make sure i was happy not only with my services but my devices as well! Best experience by far with a cellphone company!

I had an issue with an upgrade on one of our phone lines. I spoke with customer service and went into a corporate store as well. The last few days I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get my issue resolved. I decided to come here and see if they were able to help me.
I explained my issue to the ladies that were working today, and they were able to resolve my issue with one phone call. I want to thank them for their exceptional service, and taking the time to listen to me, then make sure I was able to upgrade my service. The level of service I received was second to none. Thank you!!

The visit was okay. I gave them five stars because they actually took time to talk to me but did not give me the answers I was looking for. He logged me out of Facebook and messenger and when I tried to get back in took me two days because they could not find me by my name email or password. But other than that it was good.

Jennifer, the Store Manager, was very helpful to me and my son. She took time to help get his phone out of recovery mode and reset everything for him. He has been so upset not being able to use his phone for several days. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great customer service, although supplies of most things are lower in this store, I'm guessing that has to do with the location. Nevertheless I has a great experience with the workers and hot what I needed.

Mason is absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable about the products and he’s a GREAT salesman. I walked out with a new iPhone and new accessories. Thank you Mason for your exceptional Customer Service and welcoming spirit.

I live in Ashland but come to this store because Jennifer and her team have helped me out tremendously! Very knowledgeable and courteous, they seem to go the extra mile with their customers.

Rep was courteous and knowledgeable of products and of promotional offers that may interest me. Rep also inquired about any associations that I may have to offer the best value for my dollar.
