This office is the most helpful of any of the post offices within a reasonable distance from my home and that is why I go there often. They are excperionally helpful and make excellent suggestions on ways to be able to mail my packages for less while still making it to their destination on time. Kudos to all of the personnel there!

This is my favorite post office.
Everybody is friendly.
They stay open later than post offices in surrounding area.
That's one place I miss after moving from Ironton Ohio.

Updated: The new Postmaster, Patrick, seems to really be trying to improve the culture of this office! I am really impressed with his composure and his efforts to ensure our packages have been delivered in an acceptable manner.

First time visiting this post office and will not be back. I gave it a two because there is a very sweet man that works there. However, the white haired lady was rude and even made me cry. There’s no reason to be nasty. I was just dropping off a package that had a label already.

They'll do what you ask but my God do they have an attitude about it! It's not even that late in the day and the woman at the front desk has such a bad attitude! I'm the only one in line, why are you acting like I'm such a problem when I'm mailing out one package.

They're lazy and rude, I live beside the Post Office and they won't give me my package or deliver it, I've called and called can't get ahold of someone and they said I requested it to be held when I didn't even call and speak to someone. They won't even bring it to my mailbox and left past packages on the bottom steps of our apartment complex and almost had them get stolen. There's only 1 worker there whose delivered a package to my door or mailbox correctly. If amazon can deliver my packages right then so can they. Do better.

Our driver either leaves our packages at the wrong house or opens our gate with our dog and puts it with the dog! That is a risk of letting our dog out and I feel that should never happen! Our house is to itself and there is absolutely no reason to open the gate and risk our dog getting out! Not to mention the dog is only 1 and likes to chew.

I live out a county road in the country. Our mail carrier just used our road as a race track flying up and down the road. There are signs up and down the road stating "slow, children playing". This is not a drag strip.

It says they received my package and will not deliver it I went to the post office and the postmaster said it’s not here And I said the tracking number says it’s here one they gave it to someone else to they stole it this is the most pathetic post office we have in Lawrence County

The drivers are so lazy. My house is literally 20 foot from the mail box and won’t get out or drive up the driveway (which isn’t very difficult) to put a package on my porch. Poor workers!

You can't reach anyone on the phone and if you're lucky enough to do so, they're rude. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and the mail carrier said that they couldn't deliver the package because my porch/driveway was not accessible. The funny thing is, I was sitting on my front porch when they claimed they tried to deliver the package. Now, they're saying it will be 11 days before they can deliver my package. They must have sent it back because if it were sitting at the post office, it would be delivered in a day. I would rate a 0, but unfortunately, 1 is as low as I can.

Multiple times has this post office gave my packages to neighbors. One time my package was even opened. Our house is properly marked with reflective numbers on our box. I shouldnt have to hunt down my packages. Please address this issue

Don’t know what’s happened. I used to get my packages delivered around 9am every time but lately they come around 5pm or later. What on earth happened? Please fix this issue. I live literally two blocks from the post office

Mail carriers at this post office are incompetent. I live a minute away from away from the post office, and have had numerous packages delivered to my front door. Now I can't get my Amazon packages, and thier telling Amazon that the packages can't be delivered. But I have seen letter carriers driving around with a blank look on thier faces. You would think the post office would be the ones to know where you live.are they stupid or lazy?
