Kroger Marketplace

Seems like a bright, clean store. It seems to be undergoing some construction but not an active work site while I was shopping. The employee at self-checkout was friendly and greeted me.

Jenna was one of the sweetest and most helpful cashier that I have encountered in quite some time. I usually shop at a different location.

I prefer to go to this Kroger's or any Kroger's then Walmart any day I love this place

This is a very clean store and they also have nice employees. It's worth the drive to shop here.

Wow!! This Kroger is so nice! Clean, great produce and wide selection of groceries. I was especially amazed at the clothing section! I’m pickier on clothing and these were very cute women’s clothes and nice clothes for men, children and babies too. I only wish we had this nice of a Kroger in Texas.

Look, if you go here expecting to be pampered like you're at a high-class resort, you will be dissappointed. This is a grocery store in a subrban/rural area of Kentucky. With that in mind, this store has remained as clean and well-stocked as any other grocery store around. The workers are generally friendly and helpful. They will get you checked out and back in your car as fast as possible. I think some of the people leaving reviews need to join the real world and stop expecting so much from a grocery store.

Very nice, clean and spacious eat-in area and ready-made food options over by the deli. Came for lunch and then shop. The service area with fork, knife and spoon, s/p and sauces was plentiful. My recommendation would be to leave hand-wipe packets for people to clean up after they are through.

I went to Kroger today. While I was there I met a very nice worker. His name was Dylan. Dylan helped me a lot, I was having trouble finding something and Dylan took the time to help me find it. He is a kind worker who really cares for his customers. I am very happy to have met a person like that.

I just picked my prescriptions up. This younger girl Ashley was so helpful and super friendly. She has a very positive attitude and made my day better. Yall should certainly keep her around!!!

Can find EVERYTHING there. Even standard foods but with different flavors. The prepared meatloaf was delicious. The only thing I miss are the creme puffs, but the bakery said I could special order them at no additional charge.

Very clean store, usually stocked well, lots of good deals and they have a huge clearance section with decent items. My only complaint would be that most of (definitely not all) staff in the store and the pharmacy are not very friendly or helpful. Other than that, it's a pretty good Kroger store to shop.

Great quality food, good prices, and good staff. Plus it was great to have this on my way to work and grab a Starbucks' coffee as the kiosk is located right there in front of the store if you go through the right entrance. And if you combine the coffee with the donuts in the bakery, it makes for one great morning.

Enjoy how quick and easy my grocery pickup is each time. The attendants are very polite and respectful.

Came in for Starbucks coffee before work and unfortunately, fell due to wet, unmarked floors. They explained the situation and the employees and managers handled it excellently. As result, in spite of the accident that should never have happened, I am still one happy & impressed Kroger/Starbucks customer.

Friendly and clean. Everything we were after was in stock. Was busy since this is the first nice day weather wise we have had on a while. Lines started to back up but opened a few registers to thin the heard. We didn't wait but a total of 5 minutes.

I love the Kroger Marketplace!! So neat and clean. Selection is incredible. I drive the extra 10 minutes to shop here. My only complaint is I wish the employees and management were a little more attentive and friendly.

Outside of being at another merchant all of my groceries come from this particular location. Being close to the corporate offices this Kroger has seen some of the new features like Prep+Pared, scan tunnel (now gone) and fresh gourmet foods. Always friendly associates in a clean atmosphere.

My family was going to the Creation Museum, and I realized I needed baby diapers. My husband went into the museum with the bigger kids while I drove to Kroger with the baby to get diapers. Halfway there, I realized my husband had the key fob, which meant that if I turned the van off, I wouldn't be able to start it again. Called Kroger, and an employee happily met me outside to take cash and bring out diapers and my change. WONDERFUL customer service. (And the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter are awesome, too!)

We were at the deli, waiting for help with salads, and a young lady named ashley came over from the bakery, and helped us. She was so cheerful and friendly it was a great experience!! Thats team work! Good job ashley ...we will be back.

Nice and new-looking even though it's a few years old. Staff is generally good, prices are in line with other Kroger stores and other grocers. Contains a Little Clinic, Pharmacy, US Bank, Sushi bar. Only place in the world with a scan tunnel checkout system.
