First Watch

Omg! They have shrimp and grits as the seasonal special for the next month or so!!! This is one of my favourite meals. Maybe because everyone does it with their own special flare. But First Watch knocks it out of the park! Of course they did, everything is so oooooo good.

The food was so good. I had The Works omelet, my mom had gluten free avocado toast, and my son had chocolate chip pancakes and biscuits and gravy.

I had the shrimp and grits special. I asked our waitress if she had a sheet on the salt content as I am on a limited 2,000 mg per day salt diet per my doctor. The sheet showed that the meal was over 3,000 mg. I told our waitress no wonder it tasted so good. I have been under 2,000 mg for over one year. Guess we all deserve a free day once in a while.

This place was definitely worth the wait time. Super busy, but the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Since it was my first visit, the waitress Sarah walked me through the menu and made some great recommendations. All of the food was amazing, highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and the Purple Haze.

I had "The Works" omelet with a side of bacon. The food was amazing and our server Chris was very attentive. Too bad I am only here for a business trip or this would be a regular stop.

Good food and excellent service. Server was amazing and friendly. Food was not spectacular but good enough. Only complaint was cold brewed coffee was super watered down. Left satisfied, thank you.

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Million Dollar Bacon, my goodness. Pancakes are fluffy and light with an amazing lemon custard on top. The bacon is sweet, crunchy, and spicy all at the same time. Amazing. The service is friendly and efficient. It is a little noisy but well worth it. Go early to avoid wait.

My husband and I love this place for breakfast and lunch. If he ever has a day off work while school is in, we come to first watch. Our son also loves it here when we've come on the weekends. They love the pancakes/waffles and the million dollar bacon. I love their elevated egg sandwich, cobb salad, and their power breakfast quinoa bowl. Great food, amazing service, and just an awesome place overall. Definitely stop by if you get the chance.

First visit and everything was outstanding! Our server, Jody was super, answering all of our questions quickly but without making us feel rushed. We were seated by the kitchen but it wasn’t like at most restaurants, which are noisy and you feel like you’re in the way. The food was delicious, perfect temperature, with good portions. The grapefruit juice was to die for!! Sorry, only photo taken was after the fact with not much left. I ended up taking that home. 😉

I love this place, it is sooo cozy and staff is so friendly and service fast. It really has perfect atmosphere and I like this light decoration. The food is delicious, always fresh and really good !

It was my first time at First watch for brunch with my girlfriends and it was very good. Busy place, wait time to get in is about 20-30mins. Friendly and nice servers. I ordered a Parma hash and morning meditation drink and it was very good, filling and their prices are inexpensive. They even have healthy breakfast options. Overall great experience and looking forward to going again. I would recommend this place to anyone who want breakfast options.

Great place to have a fun breakfast. All four of us were very happy with our selection. Service was spot on!

Recommend booking online for reservations for weekend as spots fill up quick. We timed our drive perfectly so that when we arrived and checked in, a table was ready. Portions are big and coffee is good too. I've been to several of these in Cincinnati and Knoxville and the quality of food has always been gresr. I almost always get either the hash (which is pictured) or a protein bowl which is also filling.

We stumbled on this great breakfast place. Do not let the name fool you. This was the best breakfast. 1st the drinks ( fresh ) the Harvest Happiness and the morning meditation the food did not disappoint either.. this is now in my top 10 for breakfast.. 2.) - Eggs Benedict and the breakfast chimichanga.... in one word Yummmy 😁😁 if you want an amazing breakfast i recommend FIRST WATCH 💯

Great food and great service! I tried a couple items off their seasonal menu: The Rainbow Toast, which was a variety of fruits over ricotta cheese on brioche toast and drizzled with honey, and the Mexican Street Corn Hash, a seasoned potato bowl with scrambled eggs, roasted corn, chorizo, scallions, avacado, Chipotle crema, and cilantro with a side of corn tortillas and a lime. Both were amazing!!! Two thumbs way up!!! 👍🏾👍🏾😁

It was busy when we got there but enjoyed our visit while waiting. When called to our table, it was a little cramped, but we made it work.

We both ordered the Skillet hash. One with scrambled eggs and one with over easy. Both included an absolute delightful dish of jelly for the toast and to our surprise we also had a little bowl of fruit. When our food arrived it was HOT! Fresh off the grill.

Our server was attentive and we had everything we needed.

Always a terrific place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. Always enjoyed. I had the Belgian waffle with a side of eggs and sausage. 5 stars.

Excellent service, especially for families with little ones. Our kiddo loved everything we ordered for him and especially loved the complimentary banana from the kitchen. Thanks, Rodney!! And the coffee, as always, was delicious.

Highly recommend! This is a must visit for my family when in town. From the service to the food, excellent! We have never been disappointed, you won't either!
