Always a good time at this Taco Bell. Food comes out quickly and the dining area is always clean.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Food is always fast and correct. The employees are always kind, especially Shawn!

I forgot her name but she was awesome she took care of us and drive thru and expertising and gave us table service with a smile I think she was a manger I will definitely be back

I have been to dozens of Taco Bells across the country and this is by far the best location I have been to. The staff cooks everything to order, and somehow still serves faster than any other store, providing a level of service and value that cannot be touched by any competitor in the Florence area. I hope the leadership team will give yourselves and your teams a pat on the back because you have something really special here.

I love the night shift staff! They are absolutely amazing and nail my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It doesn't matter how crazy or specialized my order is- it will be right and the staff goes above and beyond.

The guy at the window is phenomenal. He always remembers me and is super personable.

The reason I’m leaving a feedback on here is because I did a survey with Taco Bell but it didn’t let me explain everything I wanted to say. So here’s my review and I hope someone a DM sees this.

I walked in to get a burrito. There was a woman sitting down with a headset talking to another lady very friendly and laughing loudly. I stood there for a bit without anyone saying anything. The lady sitting at the booth didn’t pay me no attention whatsoever (her name is Bethany) I seen one girl on drive-through & another making food so just two of them controlling drive-through, dine in and making food at the time. When Alima realized I was there she was very apologetic to me right away, but I completely understood because I seen how hard she was trying to keep up while the other employee just set there chatting away, not helping not asking if they was ok just still chatting away. I thought maybe it was an interview but being able to hear the conversation plain as day, I thought if this is an interview then it’s the most casual Interview I’ve heard in all my years in the restaurant business.

For this reason I want to shine some light on Alima because she was extremely polite and instead of being bothered because of the situation, she still keeping such a positive attitude and that showed a lot from her and her professionalism. She offered me a free drink for my wait which she didn’t have to do but I seen how much she wanted my experience to be a good one. I really hope that this young lady along with the other that was helping her on food get some recognition because they definitely deserve it. It was very unacceptable to see that another that lady which I believe was a manager not even be bothered about what was going on.

I understand if this was an interview and wanting to give your interviewee your full attention but my self and in interviews I’ve been in if you see that your team needs help you kindly apologize and help them real quick or at least acknowledge your team and make sure they are ok. It wasn’t until I mentioned I was going to do a survey then she started talking about wanting to win a contest that you all have going on and gave her name.

I hope that my words wasn’t to harsh and my review is took in consideration and that these girls get a positive feedback for doing a great job.

I was waited on right away, and I received my food in no time. Amanda w. was the front desk person. The place was very clean, we will be going back.

Strangely the best tacos I've ever eaten. I say strangely because this is not my normal taco bell and, now, after eating here, my taco bell apparently sucks cause this one was awesome.

mobile ordered on our way here tonight 12ishAM 2/11, and was greeted by a cutie lil sign on the speaker stating theyre taking mobile orders only, so we pulled up to the window and an employee with super pretty greeny mermaid hair greeted us and let us know their entire system had just shut down unfortunately but they grabbed our order and had it ready within 10 min! what couldve been a rough experience was made so much easier because of this employees kindness and understanding to make the moment right for us! thanks bestie with the green hair! u slay!

Best Taco Bell around. I go out of my way to come to this location. The dining room is always open. Unlike the mall road location which is never open. The tacos are always well prepared and fresh. This must be a well managed location. Great job! Thank you

Good service, good people, always a pleasant experience

As a former food champion at a different Taco Bell I noticed a lot of good qualitys at this one. Great service and food portioning. Very friendly employees all dressed in proper uniform. Restaurant was very clean and the other customers were very happy as well.

Trevor that works the drive Thur is awesome. He has such an upbeat sense about him. He makes it fun to go there. That young man deserves a raise.

The food was excellent. Even though the Erlanger Taco Bell is closer to where I live, I've been coming here for a little over a couple weeks. The drive is worth it. I always got the run around at the other Taco Bell located in Erlanger. Happy to drive a few extra miles for better service. The staff are friendly with great customer service skills. A role model Taco Bell if you ask me. Maybe the higher ups should take some notes to bring back to the other Taco Bells around or send some of these people to train the other Taco Bells.

I have been to Taco Bell several times in the last few months. We have started a business nearby, so very convenient to go here. However, there is a young lady named Bree who absolutely makes you feel like a million dollars when you’re there. Your order is right. She speaks clearly & so peppy. I just love it when she’s there. She makes you smile whether you want to or not. Thank you for brightening my day Bree. I hope I spelled her name right. I can’t find my receipt.

My taco was hot and delicious and the employee at the window was perfect for the job.

Taco Bell is my favorite place to eat out I know personally their food is made when you order it and I just love it, throw on fire sauce and enjoy...MEXICAN PIZZA ALL THE TIME GLAD IT'S BACK!

Food was good and the service was good. This Taco Bell is one of the few reliable ones in the area. Several of the other locations are short staffed and do not have the dining room open for dine in.

The food was wonderful as always. Prices are amazing I just wish they would stop changing the boxes every 30 days. I realize having to keep the menu different but having something that I can consistently order would be very noce too.
