Sign this morning says closed til 6:15....it is now 6:25 and the door is chained on the inside...lots of customers that cant even get in. I think the emplyee is sleep in there. Yall gota do better...get better employees. 2 employees just came from the back it is now 6:35...they look they been back there fuking. Wow...diffently need better employees.

We came here on 11/2 at 9:45 there is a hand made sign in the door saying they are closed from 10pm- 6 am but at 9:45 still had doors locked with a chain and pad lock and the young man and what seemed to be his partner were very rude. And said that they were closed already. Not for any reason in particular when asked they responded for people like me. Which is wild, I’m just a neighbor. The gentleman that works there most nights for years is the sweetest guy. These two SUCKED, so rude and inhospitable and not adhering to the posted sign which is still far removed from the 24 hour regular schedule.

Visited this location once and that will be the only time I ever do. While there to get a snack and a drink during a long overnight shift a lady with obvious drug problems guided a man to the ATM machine, he withdrew money, then she was performing a sex act on him around the corner on the side of the building. Pretty much sums up this entire neighborhood.

Clerk was extremely rude both times I went to this store. The last time I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes while he was playing with his phone. His attitude was the worst. No hello, no thank you, no nothing. I won’t be going back to that location. Plaid Pantry, you need to provide customer service training to your employees especially that guy. He not a good look for your company.

Asked if I could use the bathroom in my Trimet uniform. Usually, Plaid Pantry lets drivers since our choices are so limited due to being on a bus. Clerk rudely refused. If my card hadn’t already been charged I would have left my choices and walked out.

Won’t shop here again. No support for essential workers during this crisis.
