AT&T Store

Recently my husband and I retired. I went into the store to transfer my line from ATT to Xfinity. They helped me lower my bill to match Xfinity pricing. ATT has always been great. I’m glad I can get better pricing to stay with them.

I went to several stores to get my voicemail working on my phone. No one could help me. I came into this store as my last resort. They had me up and running in minutes.

Ported two lines from Xfinity. Quick and easy compared to past experiences at other carriers. I recommend these guys.

Nick really took care of me! I went to the other store in Vancouver and they told me a 14 day review was really only a ten day review, Nick proved that wrong and has turned an annoying situation into a good one! Nick's duh bess

If you want great service, look for Jaise. He's the most friendly, efficient, consistent, and in my opinion a model employee. I've been to the store 4 times and each has been a great experience because of him. He was also able to FINALLY get my named changed and scanned correctly into the system. His skills are really underutilized as he should be a trainer for other employees who really could benefit from his knowledge and incredible customer service interaction.

I went to at&t for my phone that I had thought had been stolen (turns out it was lost at the store) and had the pleasure of meeting Cole, who was the one man band at the store. He was extremely helpful towards another gentleman and myself as we had to deal with the headache service of reporting our phones lost. He was calm and did his best at managing both of our needs and then took it upon himself to help the gentleman who was having extreme difficulties reporting his phone lost (including myself). I have some serious qualms about the phone reporting aspect of our lost phones, but Cole was great! He was super helpful resetting my phone when it was eventually found! I was in and out within 5 mins. Highly recommend his service and he did an amazing job staying cool under pressure.

Josh did an awesome job. He extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Getting a new phone and transferring data was quick and painless.

I worked with Sean to have my wife and I set up with new phones and get on a plan together. He went above and beyond to get us the assistance we needed. We got totally set up with new phones and a great plan. He was amazing, thorough, and answered every question we had. Very good experience.

Cole was great, very flexible and had to be on the phone FOREVER with my unique problem. Was great at multitasking and working with the person in charge of our business account (my father, a notoriously grumpy man). Also was able to manage the needs of incoming customers -- I don't think anyone felt like they were waiting. Cole got us the best deal too.

I recently upgraded my cell phone online and had to go into the store to get some clarity on what I was doing. Fany greeted me when I came into the store and was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond for me and upgraded my service to unlimited, got me HBO MAX and saved me money towards my bill! Thank you so much Fany! Your amazing and your customer service is recognized! Hopefully you get a promotion or raise soon!

I was thinking of switching to t-mobile. I went in to get my account info to switch. They were so nice. Offered to save me money and get free galaxy s22's. They did both. They spent time transferring all my information over from my old phone. I had a great experience.

This store has the best manager. Cole is really patient and knowledgeable, and really helped me figure out a billing problem with my account. He called customer support with me and knew what to say to expedite things and get answers for me. While it's not the biggest store it has everything, and they can order anything that's not at that location. They have lots of accessories too, so it's a one stop shop. Cole is the best ever though, he'll find deals where you wouldn't think a deal could be found. Smart guy and really helpful.

4.2.2021 The manager, Greg, at the AT&T store on11600 SE Mill Plain Blvd Suite #F, Vancouver WA was most helpful -- Excellent customer service all around -- with choosing the right phone for me, recommending changing my plan which ended up saving me $$. The $$ rebate was a painless transaction and he even transferred the info from the old phone to the new one for me. Highly recommend this store. Thanks Greg!

I'm not a tech savvy guy, so Shaun (sales representative) was a huge help for me. He made patient and clear answers for me in regards to my choice in getting the iPhone 7 or 6. He explained the limitations of them both, compared to what I wanted in a all around devise. Not only did he understand what I was look for but he got me all the convenient extras needed. He gave me an great package, at a great price and made my experience a good one. I rode my bike in, knew the rain was coming, when I left the rain had started and I didn't care that much. My phone wouldn't make calls. This is my local store. I went in and they were able to fix my phone. I had a free app that caused my issues.

I had I really good experience at this location. I came in yesterday to upgrade my phone. Joaquin helped me do my upgrade. He made it simple and easy to move my stuff from my old phone to my new one.
